I have deposited INR 2300 on 2nd Feb and while creating request got error hence couldn't create request for the same.

I have contacted customer service via chat and email for resolution.

Got below response today as stated below:

Dear user,

You have not created any deposit request, please create the deposit request and contact us. The steps to create a deposit request:- Login to gaming account>Deposit>Select payment method(which you had chosen for payment)>Fill all details (reference number or transaction id from your payment confirmation screenshot, no need to make another payment)>Click on confirm. (It might be possible that our service provider details have changed on the website but it is not an issue).

On 3 Feb I tried creating request but got rejected by the operator for the same payment mode - BHIM PAY.

I have again contacted customer service via email stating below:

Deposit got rejected by the operator.

As I told you earlier that service provider details changed but still you told me to create request.

Now operator has rejected the request.

Kindly reply ASAP.

MONEY GOT DEBITED FROM BANK YESTERDAY AND YET TO RECEIVE INTO 1XBET ACCOUNT.

NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE YET.

ALSO NO RESPONSE FROM FACEBOOK LINK OF 1XBET.

I HAVE SUBMITTED ALL THE PROOFS OF THE PAYMENT.

Desired outcome: No response, No resolution till dateI have tried contacting all channels - Chat, Email, Facebook.

I deposited 4800 INR 11/03/2022 at 9:34 am through upi fast but after 10hrs I haven't received the amount into my Gaming account. When I contacted them they told it can take upto 14days. My account balance has been debited but 1xbet saying its processesing. I have a doubt to being fraud. Can you suggest me what should do now?
