It has been over two months since I sent an email to [protected]@1xbet-team.com requesting to turn off Two Factor Authentication for my account. During this long period of time, I received only 4 replies from them. First, they requested my account ID number, photos of both sides of my NID, including a selfie of me holding my NID, and the last three deposit proofs. I provided them with all requested files. They then requested information about the agent from whom I had made my deposit, which I provided.

It happened once before. as I kept trying to contact them, they replied after many days. they take at least 5 to 7 days to reply.

I have a big amount of money in my account and I desperately need it. Please understand my situation. You can imagine how disappointing it has been for me to keep requesting them for over 2 months to fix my issue, and have it still unfixed.
