It has been over two months since I sent an email to [protected]@1xbet-team.com requesting to turn off Two Factor Authentication for my account. During this long period of time, I received only 4 replies from them. First, they requested my account ID number, photos of both sides of my NID, including a selfie of me holding my NID, and the last three deposit proofs. I provided them with all requested files. They then requested information about the agent from whom I had made my deposit, which I provided.
After receiving all these documents and making me wait for this long period of time, about two weeks ago, they again requested another document, which is the registration form of the sim card I used for my account. Although it was very difficult for me to access, I attained it from the customer care center and provided it to them. after receiving the form, they replied that there was no match between the information in the form and that in my NID. Yes, there is no match between them because the sim card I used for my account was registered with my cousin's NID.
