I didn’t get any solution.
I didn’t know Multiple account rules of 1xbet.
That's why, 1xbet blocked my id.
They should give me only one chance and Warned me about multiple account creating policy but they didnt.

1xBet I am complaining about the service regarding the failure of my withdrawal

I was using a Mastercard (Gcash ***1757) for deposit and withdrawal until the system declined the Card. I called CS and they provided an email to reach out to email team. I provided the photo of my passport and I followed the instruction they provided for the troubleshooting. After all, I contacted the security team for verification but until now they still turning me around by asking identity. I have sent my passport which one I used to create my account and they are still asking to identify myself in different form which is not normal.
Now, I just want to be able to withdraw my money left in my account and close it for good since the agent who reply my last email was mocking me.

1xBet My 1xbet account was blocked today with $ 274

Two days ago, I received the message on my phone number telling me that on the occasion of my birthday on 1xbet, I have two coupon codes valid until next month. I therefore connected to my 1xbet account and I used these 2 promo codes, after having respected the requirements of these 2 promo codes, I managed to bet and I won. At that point, I requested a withdrawal which worked well. The bet using the second promo code was still in progress. as soon as I won the second ticket, I requested a withdrawal, but was asked to contact the 1xbet security department. I immediately contacted said department. Then, this 1xbet security department asked me to send photos of both sides of my national identity card, which was done, then they asked me lots of questions, I answered correctly. they confirmed to me that my request will be processed. So I waited. After a few minutes, I received the email telling me that my account will be blocked. Suddenly, I try to connect to my 1xbet account, no more access. 1xbet is really a scam business. Despite sending the national identity card to the 1xbet security department, my account has always been blocked. I am still waiting for my game account to be unlocked because this account has + $ 274.

What amount are you talking about? I have not received anything so far while before the blocking of my account, I was at 151000F present on the said account. 1xbet please reimburse my 151, 000 FCFA. You have no right to block an account without refunding the money in the account before it was blocked. 1XBET, This is a real scam. I am an old client for 1xbet I make many deposit and withdrawal several time without any problem
3 days ago I make a deposit of 950 eur I lost little but when I try to make a withdrawal of 850 eur they rejecting my withdrawal request automatically and asking to email the security team..

When I contacted their security team regarding my withdrawal request, they asked me for Identification Documents, I provided my id, my passport, 4 type of selfie pic, neteller account pic, my selfie holding my ID card next to my face and answered their questionnaire,

After a long conversation and providing all the documentation they said my request has been send to the specialists, wait for the answer, and few hours later they send me following email.

when I test him with screenshot pic, they reply screenshot are not accepted for verification

1xBet 1xbet scam - blocked account and refused to pay

Dear Complaints Board,

I don't know if you'll be able to help me or not, here's the details of my case..

I was a new user in 1xbet, I made a deposit of 8, 000 BDT ($100 USD) and was playing slots, fortunately I won a small jackpot of around $1500 USD, but when I try to make a withdrawal they rejecting my withdrawal request automatically and asking to email the security team..

When I contacted their security team regarding my withdrawal request, they asked me for Identification Documents, I provided my NID photos, my Taxpayer Certificate, my selfie holding my ID card next to my face and answered their questionnaire,

After a long conversation and providing all the documentation they said my is under verification, and few hours later they send me following email.

1xBet My 1xbet account is blocked

Hi, I have an account on 1xbet, following the winnings, the amount of the account was 205000 fcfa. In January, my account was blocked without explanation, the account is still blocked, I meet all the requirements of 1xbet's security service, for all procedures in my account I was asked to provide the following documents:

2. Screenshots of the personal account in 1xbet.
3. Screenshots of my bank account
4. Bank statement

Hi! I have account in 1xbet, as a result of the winnings the amount on the account was … thousand rubles. In February, my account was blocked without explanation, the account is still blocked, I fulfill all the requirements of the security service of 1xbet, for all the proceedings in my account, I was provided with the following documents:
1. Photo of the passport's home page and photo of the residence registration page.
2. Screenshots from the personal account of the account in 1xbet.
3. Screenshots from the personal account Qiwi wallet.
4. Screenshots from the Internet bank.
5. A photo of me on the background of newspaper with the security service, where I hold a passport.
6. A new photo of me on the background of newspaper with the security service, where I hold a passport.
7. Photo of the agreement on the SIM card.
8. Several forms of bookmakers filled in on the site.
9. 2 completed questionnaires and sent by ground mail.
10. Notarially certified passport sent by land mail.
11. 3 Skype conferences, where I answered all the questions.
12. Photo utility bill.
13. Certificate of mental sanity at a notary public.
14. Notarially certificate of mental sanity at a notary public sent by land mail.
In the rules of 1xbet there is point 2.31 in which it is clearly stated that the terms of the proceedings on the account can’t exceed two months, in my case it was almost six months, that is, 1xbet themselves broke their rule.
I did not receive from 1xbet any answer about completion of the investigation, about full list of documents they ignore me and one answer comes to all my letters:
"Your account is under investigation, you need to follow the instructions listed on the site."

The licensee Curaçao eGaming (https://validator.curacao-egaming.com/6814b289-d3bc-4aca-a946-d10074b037d1) also ignores me, although they write on their site that they are responsible and even accept complaints from the players.

1xbet Security Department noticed me a security problem. After sent all the files they required, the latest message they sent me was "You should provide us with a screenshot from the app of mobile operator, where we can see phone number 65xxxxxxx and owner's personal data (name and surname).
Please pay attention to the requirements of the Security Department, otherwise further actions are impossible."

I sent my mobile SIM Card details. Then they didn't answer and ignored my message. What is wrong with? What they want? Are they scamers?

They torture us to send lame documents thats not even related to verified. Still i sent it all but they closed my account and looted my balance. there are so many other betting website like bet365, bwin.betway which are reliable but these scammers. They are even banned in different countries in the world and they have the worst review whereever you go to read. i have spread this news to my best knowledge and everyone has already uninstalled this scamming site

1xbet made changes to the Terms and Conditions behind my back, just so they can steal my money!

My father and I had our own accounts, and that was ok by the 1xBet's General Terms as my father and I don't live in the same household, we even don't live in the same city.

Before they made changes behind my back, the Clause 31 of their General Terms said: "Each registered customer may have only one account. Regarding registration on the website this rule applies to one household, one address, one email address, one credit/debit card or one IP-address. The bookmaker administration reserves the right to request certain personal details from the customer (passport details, registered place of residence) as well as a video-conference. The user gets the results withing 5 working days after video call ends."

After they decided to steal my money and I started asking questions, they replaced the word "household" by the word "family". Well, it's 1Xbet we are talking about, so of course, they did that without any notification.

So the same Clause now says: "Each registered customer may have only one account. Customers may register only one account per family, address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit card, e-wallet or electronic payment method. Persons otherwise associated with a customer will not be allowed to register on the website. The bookmaker administration reserves the right to request certain personal details from the customer (passport details, registered place of residence) as well as a video-conference. The user gets the results within 5 working days after video call ends."

As you can see, many changes were maid to that Clause, without a SINGLE NOTIFICATION.

By changing the General Terms behind customer's back, they broke the Clause 23. of their own General Terms.

Clause 23. of the General Terms: "Should these Rules be amended, customers shall be notified accordingly. Bets accepted after the specified date shall be subject to the amended Rules. Earlier bets shall remain unchanged."

After they made this change, they just said that by saying that the person in question is my father, I confirmed that I broke this rule. I repeat, the previous version of the Clause 31 of the General Terms said that the registration is limited to one household, which was not my case, so they simply adjusted their General Terms to make me guilty and steal my 1450€.

This is how they explation their dirty move:

Please be informed that the essence of the rule is unchanged and has not changed. Only a translation adjustment was made.
Best regards,
Tikhonov Aleksandr, Security Service Chief Officer "

They robbed me using one of their illegal tricks.

I advise everyone to periodically read the key Clauses of their General Terms, even if your don't have any problems with 1Xbet at the moment, as they are changing them depending on the cases where they can steal their customer's money. I never got any information that this change was made.
