Walmart bait and switch when purchasing products from inside store

1 is way too high for the abuse from Walmart. There is no such thing as professionalism. There is no such thing as ethics, honoring advertisement claims, there is a great deal of bait and switch on their website and stores. When one complains to the fake customer service the staff promotes lies to make it self look good for the cameras. When one complains to the questionable customer service, it is Walmart's policy to blame the customer and not the employees.

I wanted to purchase some products from the store and they charge higher prices when you go into the store and prices on the internet are not honored if you want to purchase the product in person.

Due to the major problems with this questionable I have moved all my prescriptions with Walmart to CVS. Good riddance.

Walmart ville, platte la 70586

This was the most embarrassed football party I every had I purchased 40 2 litter bottles of Coca Cola Saturday morning for the LSU VS Mississippi State football party every bottle was completely flat it tasted like Pepsi we had to throw all 40 bottles of Coca Cola this wasn't the first time it happened we have purchased cases of Coca Cola at Sam's had a few flat nothing worth complaining about I thought but after Saturday I was so embarrassed we love Coca Cola in this house maybe it's time to try something new.

Walmart delivery

Same here, I placed an order almost a month ago and still no TV (75in) they said got lost in transit so they ordered a new one and that too got lost. It's disgusting I don't know what to do. I don't want a refund so I'm being patient but I have a feeling it'll never show up they have issued me a partial refund for the inconvenience but I rather my tv! UPDATE: This replacement order has ALSO been lost! I’m livid and officially done with Walmart! There is no way a 75in tv gets lost not once but twice...no reasoning! But the store magically has 2 in stock as of today but it’s not my order! And if I want it from the store I have to buy it again! Pissed off!

Walmart eyeglasses

I fell and broke my ankle and called the vision center from the hospital and said I would be there to pick up my glasses as soon as I could. I was told that would be ok. I was home only 2 weeks and I got a phone call at 7:00 pm saying that they were going to ship my glasses to me via UPS because "they can only hold them for so long" I have a Medical problem with my ankle! You would think they could be more flexible! I can't go ANYWHERE and I am in a Wheel chair! I said I would be there when I could to pick them up, afterall I did pay for them. There is no reason for them to do this to me! I got them through UPS, but what about them fitting right? Adjustments? I wont be able to go anywhere for weeks! This is not right!

Walmart 45 straight talk card

A friend bought the card for me yesterday the card was pick pocketed out of my back pocket while walmart goes through their check you bag before you leave the store. which is clearly unlawful. but the sheep just go along with it. went back in the evening and the manager basically viewed the tape and stated that it was given to me. If I lost it or it got stolen in there store not their problem no phone very worried. have no more money to get another clearly this is theft completely. I actually don't want to let this one go I think that a remedy should be put in place otherwise Walmart get s the Okay to steal from the citizens so does straght talk.

Walmart great value pre cooked sausages

I purchased a bag of the Great Value pre cooked sausage patties yesterday. I prepared two of them for my breakfast this morning. While they were warming up I noticed the smell was off, and when I tasted it...I almost threw up! It is disgusting! This product was so bad, I would not even let my dog have them, and If you want to continue to sell quality food items in the Great Value line of items, THIS ONE, should definitely NOT be one of them... I bet the Walton family wouldn't eat them.

Not to be totally negative, I buy a lot of the Great Value products, and most of them are that, a great value, and honestly one can't tell they are not name brand.

I plan on taking the company on their money back promise on the package and returning it today.

Walmart bike purchase had issues and no return was accepted

Hello

I purchased a bike (Hyper) on Sep 2nd and in couple of days it broke down so went to Walmart store and they told be to get a replacement which I did get the same model bike again but on Sep 15th but it broke again on Sep 16th so I went to walmart again thinking this time to return this product.

Walmart did not accept the bike and they told me it is a policy that once you exchange a bike you cannot get a refund, No one told me this on Sep 15 when I went else would have just taken a refund.

Now I am stuck with a bike which I have not used for even a month.

Secondly, I purchased on the same bike a walmart insurance I called them and they told me to contact manufacturer and they said email would be sent with all details but they sent me a email with my warranty details and no information for how to get the bike fixed. I called and got number of manufacturer and he said it is a wrong number.

I really think this is very bad walmart experience for the first time, I have been a customer for last several years but never had such issue. If there is a policy or you cannot support you need to be clear on communication

I tried to login a complain ( No. [protected]) and this was done after a lot of effort as I had to repeatedly ask on how to do it, what will be the process, and even get a complaint number. Till now i have not received even a call from walmart which I think is not right

Thanks for the response, I still have the original receipt and also the exchange receipt but I was told it cannot be done by Walmart store at 4501 Rosewood Dr, Pleasanton, CA 94588. Your response is helpful but who can communicate this to the store ? because as I detailed in my statement earlier I have given you details of complaint number for that there is no response from Walmart

I bought a cheap tube of hamburger from Wal-Mart to make chili. As I cooked the meat a lot of small white things became visible. Upon closer inspection they are small worms. I know there are white things that are always in cheap hamburger but these were small uniform bits. I have pictures. This is the second time I have bought hamburger like this with worms in it.

Walmart pool, extended warranty, will not cover problem.

The pool that I purchased and a 3 year extended warranty from walmart on 5/31/18 along with a skimmer for holding chloine that I was told I should purchase along with the pool was broke and the chlorine fell out of the skimmer and onto the pool bottom i did not check the pool for a day and when i did I noticed a white spot on the bottom of the pool where the chlorine had eaten away at the liner and caused like a dry rot. The Skimmer that I purchased from walmart was broken at the locking device and i never even knew it.I called the extended warranty`Dept.And they said it was not coverded, They told me to call the company that made the pool, So I did The polygroup company told me that this should have been covered by my extended coverage and to call Walmart Extended protection again, After 3 days of trying to get someone to help me with this problem I am writing to you.I want my Full refund for my Extended Warranty.And this company Needs to be reported to the Better Business bureau.
