Walmart automotive

I went and got an oil change and tire rotation, my rims are powdercoated, 1300$. 325$ a rim. They used an impact and destroyed my finish. They also knocked weights off my tire and when i was driving my truck was hopping BAD! I stoped at a mechanics and had them check my balance. He said my rims were not put on right. They are custom rims, you have to make sure the lugs are dead center when tighting the lug nuts, they did not do this my rim and tire were a 1/4 inch of of line. I had to pay 44$ for mount and balance. Not to mention my 1300$ finish od [censored]ED NOW! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO WAL-MART FOR ANY AUTOMOTIVE WORK!

Walmart customer service

All of the newly redesigned Walmart and Sam's Club stores are completely ridiculous.
Self service machines out number checkout clerks 10 to 1. This corporation is so cheap they no longer will even pay minimum wage. Instead they use slave labor to checkout and bag the purchased items. That is the customer! Anytime I go to any store there are only two clerks open with huge lines. I am so sick of this that I have been buying more items at Trader Joe's and skipping Walmart altogether. I refuse to use self service machines. This is anti-American! If I wanted to work at Walmart I would put in an application!

Walmart the store itself

this store is suppose to be a supercenter and everytime you go in there the shelves are close to empty and they are out of almost everything and not just for a few days but weeks and if you need help not all but some workers will say I just don't have time right now and if you need a price you find one of those check the price machines and they never work I am considering just not using this store anymore and paying a little more and going some where else due to most of the time I end up having to do anyway the last 6-8 months It has really went down the drain the last year

Walmart overcharge on contour testing strips

I asked a service employee to assist me in purchasing glucose testing strips; I informed her that this was new to me and I had not purchased them. She stated that that they were kept behind the pharmacy counter, she went and got them and told another clerk to ring me up. The cost for the Contour testing strips for a 50 ct was rung up at $61.98. Not knowing prices, I paid with my Walmart credit card. On returning home I looked it up on Walmarts website and found I could purchase the same item for $29.50 online. I returned to store, customer service said not returnable (no one told me that), she also said that item is less expensive online, wasn't told that either at pharmacy counter. So I've checked other stores: Walgren's and Kroger's sells a 70 ct for $34.99 and Meijer sells a 70 ct for $30.99. SO WHY WOULD I EVER USE WALMART AGAIN? The 2 ladies waiting on me in pharmacy should have informed me: (when a friend of mine went to her Walmart asking for meters and test strips she got plenty of info). Why the overcharge? Walmart retro compact refrigerator - efr376

I originally ordered the refrigerator from Walmart in black. Attached are the photos showing the damage. The second time we ordered the refrigerator, we ordered it from Sam's Club because we wanted it in white. That too came damaged in almost the same exact spot! We are crossing our fingers that this third refrigerator that Sam's Club processed will come undamaged. It goes without saying that this entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing, let alone, inconvenient.

Walmart false advertising and rude assistant store manager

date: 7/19/19, store 1086
I attempted to purchase 3 deodarants but at check out they rang a different price than what was advertised for. Upon investigation the assistant customer service manager verififed that the products were indeed marked for that price but stated they were in the wrong spot. She then called the assistant store manager to address my issue. He was very rude and made me to feel as if I put the products there and was trying to get over. by the was it was a few rows of this product stacked at that price with the name of the product on the sticker price. He was so rude, I witnessed another customer complaining how rude he was to his pregnant wife as well. they refused to honor the price that they were advertising the product for and I left without my products. I would like my 3 deodarants for the price of $2.97 each as advertised.

Walmart queen mattress and sofa

I purchased both of these items from Walmart to go camping on July 12th 2019 the sofa had a defect where you put the air in it had a slow leak so it didn't keep the air the mattress nothing was wrong with other than I didn't need it when I went to go return it at Walmart Walmart refused to return both items they refused to give me my money back and it is a huge disappointment I have been buying your products for years and I'm very disappointed that this wasn't able to be resolved I still would like the sofa but as I said about the mattress I didn't need it how am I to get this resolved with Walmart to get my money back or with you sincerely yours Kandy Hogan

Walmart unethical behavior and threats by employees

My wife is a department manager at a walmart neighborhood market. There have been threats against my life by the employees under her supervision. I have allowed my wife to handle it for the last two months with her stores HR because I did not want to risk her job but everything keeps getting swept under the rug. Their HR manager has yet to contact me about anything. I have pictures, txt messages, and recordings with various content. Because of the content I am choosing to not share them until contacted. Please contact me asap at [protected]@gmail.com. This has become a very serious issue affecting both my work and marriage. I am not sure how much longer I can allow this to continue. Please inform me of all and any actions taken.

Walmart colorescience

I ordered this sunblock in a package of three thinking I was getting a discount buying two and getting one for free.
Well it doesn't work at all. I have one of the original tubes of ColorScience Pro and the quality difference is obvious between the real and the fake product.
The company is called Professional Beauty and Walmart doesn't back up their returns because it's a third party seller.
Professional Beauty says they won't accept the return because it's been used. Yes, I had to open all three of them to see if they worked, which they did not and now I can't return for my $98.

Hi, I purchased a set of 8 glasses from Walmart. Just after the use of 1 week, a glass broke into two pieces while my spouse was doing the dishes. The broken glass pieces cut her fingers causing heavy bleeding. After proper medication, bleeding is stopped but she is having a hard time in dealing with the pain. The quality of the glasses was not good at all.

The straight talk phone card was purchased by mistake instead of a family mobile card. This card is useless to my phone and now i am out 45$ and cannot purchase the right card from family mobile since the policy in store is to be nonrefundable. I need help. Walmart discrimination and harassment and bullying and intimidation and unfair treatment

Black department manager being disrespected and being harassed being expected work department with out help given unexpected assignments with no help all other department managers have walkie talkies even those promoted after him when inquired about his he keeps being told there is not one they unprofessionally call other DM and send me messages the store manager and co manager and my supervisor unprofessionally talk about me to other employees also riding my back to carry the work load of mote than two people and then always harassing me about what doesn't get done never looking at what had to be done what got done and that I doing a whole department alone. Feel like I set up to fail daily.

Walmart pharmacy service

I wanted to make a complaint to employees of Walmart Pharmacy in Bristol, CT store. On June 30 I placed the order by phone for Zolpidem (Ambien). The message that is recorded on the tape informs that the pharmacy needs one working day to contact the doctor. I've been taking this medicine for over a year. Every time it it requires confirmation by my family doctor. On On July 3 the day before national holiday at 5:30 p.m. I went to pick up the drugs. Pharmacy did not have a medicine prepared for me. I was informed that they contacted my doctor on Monday but they did not get an answer. For 3 days no one from the staff contacted me and did not inform me that my order was not carried out. Instead, I heard that I should check whether the order was made before the arrival and that the employees are so busy that they do not have time to call. During the conversation, the one of the employee was folding a shopping bags. On my question, what should I do without medicine, which is the only medicine for me to help me to fall asleep, I heard to pick up something out of the shelves or go to the emergency room. Because of laziness, lack of empathy, negligent, surliness I got a nervous breakdown in the store because I knew that 3 sleepless nights are waiting for me. My ordeal would be avoided if the pharmacy worker will call me about the status of my order instead of waiting 3 days for a miracle.
I hope someone will take the responsibility and consequences for this unacceptable situation.

There is one Assistance Manager at this Store in Vandalia, Illinois that is the rudiest. Her name badge has Sue on it. Walmart pharmacy refusal to fill prescription

The show low, az Walmart location refused to fill script from hospital for spouse for after her surgery. Pharmacist stated he'd have to confirm with spouses pain management doctor before filling. When stated that would be ok pharmacist then stayed it didn't matter what the doctor told him he would still refuse to fill the script because he didn't believe in the script. The pharmacist is not a pain management specialist. If given a script and confirmed with doctor that script is necessary and why then they should fill script. Being denied up front because of a pharmacist believe is bad business and goes against Walmart's practice of helping the customer. This matter needs addressed and if not corrected then the pharmacist does not need to be working with Walmart if he refuses to provide any medication that he believes doesn't need filled instead of doing his job and confirming script is correct through the doctors office. This is not the first time this pharmacy has implemented this practice and not helping the customer. I do want a follow up contact on this matter. Please contact me at [protected].
