Walmart great value pre cooked sausages

I purchased a bag of the Great Value pre cooked sausage patties yesterday. I prepared two of them for my breakfast this morning. While they were warming up I noticed the smell was off, and when I tasted it...I almost threw up! It is disgusting! This product was so bad, I would not even let my dog have them, and If you want to continue to sell quality food items in the Great Value line of items, THIS ONE, should definitely NOT be one of them... I bet the Walton family wouldn't eat them.

Not to be totally negative, I buy a lot of the Great Value products, and most of them are that, a great value, and honestly one can't tell they are not name brand.

I plan on taking the company on their money back promise on the package and returning it today.

Walmart bike purchase had issues and no return was accepted

Hello

I purchased a bike (Hyper) on Sep 2nd and in couple of days it broke down so went to Walmart store and they told be to get a replacement which I did get the same model bike again but on Sep 15th but it broke again on Sep 16th so I went to walmart again thinking this time to return this product.

Walmart did not accept the bike and they told me it is a policy that once you exchange a bike you cannot get a refund, No one told me this on Sep 15 when I went else would have just taken a refund.

Now I am stuck with a bike which I have not used for even a month.

Secondly, I purchased on the same bike a walmart insurance I called them and they told me to contact manufacturer and they said email would be sent with all details but they sent me a email with my warranty details and no information for how to get the bike fixed. I called and got number of manufacturer and he said it is a wrong number.

I really think this is very bad walmart experience for the first time, I have been a customer for last several years but never had such issue. If there is a policy or you cannot support you need to be clear on communication

I tried to login a complain ( No. [protected]) and this was done after a lot of effort as I had to repeatedly ask on how to do it, what will be the process, and even get a complaint number. Till now i have not received even a call from walmart which I think is not right

Thanks for the response, I still have the original receipt and also the exchange receipt but I was told it cannot be done by Walmart store at 4501 Rosewood Dr, Pleasanton, CA 94588. Your response is helpful but who can communicate this to the store ? because as I detailed in my statement earlier I have given you details of complaint number for that there is no response from Walmart

Walmart didn't receive no refund.

My name is Tony Bobet from New York City. I resided 1710 Seward Avenue, Bronx, New York City 10473. I am filling an complaint to Walmart.com Superstar in North Bergen. I order an item on September 11, 2019. The item is an Laptop Cooling Fan External Compact Portable Laptop cooler with Vacuum Fan. It's cost $9.79. When I received the item. I didn't receive any receipt for the item. I ask myself, how I going to return the product if I don't have no receipt. I went to Walmart.com to refund my money back. Because I don't got no receipt for the item. I spoke to Valerie Anne Marie. She tells me that I am getting my refund back. She tells me on September 21, 2019. And, I didn't receive the refund yet.

Walmart tube of hamburger

I bought a cheap tube of hamburger from Wal-Mart to make chili. As I cooked the meat a lot of small white things became visible. Upon closer inspection they are small worms. I know there are white things that are always in cheap hamburger but these were small uniform bits. I have pictures. This is the second time I have bought hamburger like this with worms in it.

Walmart walmart guacamole

Purchased item #[protected] guacamole to be used by oct 25 19 Had pieces of plastic in the Guacamole Brought it to the store I brought it from. Have not heard any follow up B/C The person named Scott had a emergency hospitalization. He is not working. My throat was irritated for 3 days. Glad I didn't give to my 2 year grandson. I also brought the sharp piece of plastic to the store to document the problem. I'm sure other people had the same effect on their throat.

Walmart pool, extended warranty, will not cover problem.

The pool that I purchased and a 3 year extended warranty from walmart on 5/31/18 along with a skimmer for holding chloine that I was told I should purchase along with the pool was broke and the chlorine fell out of the skimmer and onto the pool bottom i did not check the pool for a day and when i did I noticed a white spot on the bottom of the pool where the chlorine had eaten away at the liner and caused like a dry rot. The Skimmer that I purchased from walmart was broken at the locking device and i never even knew it.I called the extended warranty`Dept.And they said it was not coverded, They told me to call the company that made the pool, So I did The polygroup company told me that this should have been covered by my extended coverage and to call Walmart Extended protection again, After 3 days of trying to get someone to help me with this problem I am writing to you.I want my Full refund for my Extended Warranty.And this company Needs to be reported to the Better Business bureau. Walmart customer service

This all started Thrusday when I attempted to buy some Uncle Bens Rice. I went to your website and selected the item, I wanted to pick it up but the website would not permit me to order it. So I went into the store to see customer service. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, the supervisor told me that they could not place the order for me but it would have to be done on-line. I explained the nature of the problem I was encountering and handed him my cellphone. He was unable to place the order either. He said that the only way the order could be place was o speak to someone at Walmart.com. He gave me the telephone number and I waited through 4 separate menus before reaching someone in customer service. That person was unable to help me ant tranferred me to another individual to whom I was finally able to place my order. She said it was after 3 PM
but the item would be available for pick-up on Saturday. Relying on her information I headed into the store. I drove up to the grocery delivery area and called the number on the sign. They told me they had no record of my order. I had to go into the store and then walk over to a special desk and that person checked my order but told me that even though it showed delivery on Saturday, they had no Saturday deliveries of groceries.
I was beyond frustration at this point and all I got was a number to call Wallmart.com. It took me 21 minutes to get through to a supervisor. After going through the entire problem that I was experiencing she appologized for MY confusion, she did not own the problem and asked if I were near a computer so that I could place another order for delivery. I told her I expected Walmart to resolve this problem, the only thing she could do was cancel my order. I simply asked if she would put the order out for delivery since it had been their lack of clarity and lack of training of their store employees that had caused this problem. She said that all she could do was cancel my order and then place a new order and that there would be a delivery charge added on. She did not have the authority to place the order with no delivery charge.
I am an experienced mystery shopper with over 1500 shops and I must say that this is the worst shopping experience that I have ever encountered. The staff was helpful in the store but were not trained in how to solve a Walmart.com problem. They did not own the problem and blamed the system. When the system failed the client they blamed the client on his confusion. Then they would not solve the problem only to suggest that I order it again and see if the delivery charge was waived. This entire fiasco to over 4 hours 2 visits to the store and 55 minutes on the phone and the best they could suggest is I call back again to make sure that the fee for delivery was waived. For the record, if I do not recieve a responsible corporate response in the next 48 hours I will desiminate my experience through every social media outlet. You cannot treat customers with such disrespect and not enable anyone on the front line to solve the problem. What started out as a splinter is now a fully infected involved dissatified client.
After submitting that complaint, I received a form letter asking me to fill out customer service satisfaction form. They did not even take the time to read the explicit
email I took the time to send in. Since that robo response, I have received two more emails suggesting that I call in a let them know details about my issues. This company has no customer service and until things are addressed corporately the customer will bear the brunt of this disfunction company.

Walmart fish that is mislabeled

I purchased what was supposedly catfish. It was in a seethru blue and clear packaging. I knew that usually the products are what they say they are. I shop Walmart every other day in Sun Prairie Wisconsin. I fried the fish which tasted like mud carp. Dark inside and the wrong flesh texture and color, should be white. I paid 13.57for this fish. You need to check the fishmonger and get back to me. Thank you

Walmart reloadable money card

Green dot is none other than a thief.

A transaction at a casino did not go through
So the casino released the 100.00 funds back on to the card the very same day. Green dot refuses to give my money back claiming that the casino never released money back onto the card. Spoke with casino on several occasions and money had been released on same day. I filed a dispute with green dot, sent in dispute form, i've called and called. Been patient. Waiting several months which has now become several years. I worked for that money and they keep it. Refusing me my money. Do not trust this card

Walmart Donettes powdered minis

I have always bought the white mini powdered doughnuts "Donettes" but the last two time the doughnuts taste like plastic. First time thought it was a one time deal, but the second time it is evident that this becoming an issue. Am not sure what the solution to this problem is, perhaps merchandise is sitting in heat too long? I do not have my receipt any longer but can give you the UPC # on the package:

Walmart auto care

U have what looks like 8 bays and at least 8 people working... Well looks like 4 of them working... Y it takes 4 hours to get a oil change is y the 10 minuite lubes r in business. If u have so many people in line y not stop with the shelf filling and help the people that pay your bills. Same thing happened with tires... I was the first one there and it still took 4 hours

Walmart tried to falsely accuse me of theft.

I was in one of your stores. This one employee whom cashed me out called me after I paid for everything. She saw that three was a cellphone on her register and asked if it was mine. I told her no that it was not mine. I then left the store and was not happy that they tried to accuse me of theft. I do not steal and this idiot needs to die for trying to make me to be a thief.Maybe she is racist and thinks I am a thief because of my native background.But I said no that is not my phone.

I was at one of your checkouts and when I left the cashier called me back. There was a phone on the register. She asked me if It was mine and I said no.

I do not see how asking if you left your phone at a register would be considered an accusation of theft, a racist comment, or anything else. The associate by my guess here was simply wondering if you forgot your phone. There is no need for this associate to die, you are blowing it way too far out of proportion.

Walmart ruined child's birthday

Okay when my son turned eight he got a birthday gift that he did not like. The dumb stupid idiot that gave the gift was too stupid to give a gift receipt and needs to die. I explained to them that it was a birthday gift and that is why I did not have a receipt. They asked if I had a gift receipt, so I told the deaf idiot that I had NO receipt. They told me that because I had no receipt that I could only get store credit. I then told this child hating idiot to forget it. I asked my son who gave this stupid gift. He tole me it was his classmate by the name of Peter . So I had to call Peter's's parents and let them know that my son was not happy with his gift and we got into an argument. I told them that if they had not given my son a stupid useless gift that this would not be an issue. I asked the mother if she still had the receipt. She said, she did get a gift receipt, but she forgot to include it in the gift. I told her that she was stupid. That she ruined my son's birthday. I wet back, wasting more gas money and finally returned the stupid gift and got the money for it to buy another gift that my son will like. The idiot that dealt with me the first time was not there, but he needs to be fired and he needs to die.

Walmart new firearms policy

I have been shopping at walmart for some years now and always enjoyed the convience of the store. i ahve had a few bad products, but [censored] happens. but today i have to say i will not sho there anymore. I work at home depot and many things you have i will buy at work now, even if i pay more.
When your company got woke and decided you wont sell ammo, no i have no reason to shop there, i shoot alot and buy ammo every few weeks, it was nice to be able to get ammo when i shoped for my home or clothing and or other goods. i live in aberdeen wa and will shop at other stores, since i have to now go to other stores to get ammo, so be it. but i can go to safeway or swansons to pruchase things. i will also order ammo online and buy in bulk.
I normaly spend around 400 to 500 a month there, and now i will not, i may be a small part of ypour company, but i knwo many who will not shop there now, i refuse to support leftist, communist or socilist ideas. The founder would roll over in his grave. even though his kids sold the company out for profits. good luck and i have lots of options to shop online. good luck we conservatives are leaving

Walmart refund cancellation by seller and shopee

Read communications for timing and taking points. Item was 4 pieces of eco nitro performance chips. See pictures for order screen shots. I was in active communications with seller, when I saw my request was cancelled. I have just produced a video proof of a fake product (not meant to ever work as claimed) which can be fraud. Even though the amount is small, I have to set it right.

If you want videos of proof, pls advise and I will give you my youtube links.

I must insist on my refund.

Walmart stephanie is the worker that has it out for me.

I have made complaints to other managers about Stephanie ay this store. They even tried moving her to different shift. She doesn't listen. She just yells at me. She needs to read the sign above her head that says how she's supposed to treat her customers. Just awful. I may not come back to Walmart all together. This is a big deal since I use Arvest Bank also. My Aunt is even the Vice President in our area. If she acted that way at the bank she would be fired. All the manager said was they would take care it. This has been going on a year. Every time I go to register to she finds someone to interrupt to yell at in front of me. Only reason why I reported her before is she was treating her new cashiers like crap. She needs to seriously be moved to another store. Please look into this.

Walmart online grocery ordering

I am in the path of Hurricane Dorian; I live in Florida. Yesterday I made an online order for certain groceries, which included Gatorade and water. I only purchased 1 case of water. Not 4 or 6 like people do as I know this is rationed during these times. Likewise with the Gatorade. I was to pick up my groceries this evening on my way home from work. I was surprised when I checked my email and saw that my order had been cancelled. I called the number to inquire why. The response? Because they were out of certain items. Well, that's just great. NOW I AM SITTING HERE AN EVERYONE IS SOLD OUT OF WATER AND GATORADE BECAUSE WALMART CANCELLED MY ORDER. If you can't do it - don't offer it. It should be common sense people would use this service to avoid crowded stores and mobs. I have been a loyal WalMart customer for years. I am so disgusted at this point. Way to leave me and my family screwed WalMart. I have 4 children.

Walmart auto care

The auto car is suppose to be open at seven am during the week and also has their hours posted on the door saying so. On August 26th, 2019 I arrived there right at seven am and the door was locked. A person was in there and noticed me but waited a few minutes then finally come to the door and said" we called a manager to come unlock the door and not sure when they will get here". At 7:09 the door still locked and I left.
I truely feel this is very poor business and there should be better reliable managers there to perform there professional duties.

Walmart protection plans

How is it that a day after the manufacturer warranty on my tv was over. I'm told repeatedly that I have no choice but to deal with vizio. They told me no choice but to file a claim with them even though it was invalid. I call multiple times to resolve the issue and get transferred over to vizio. What's the point of the extra cost of the protection of walmart won't honor the plan. I was told they would take longer so they sent me over to the manufcr. for advise. Come to find out site says it only takes two days with Wal-Mart's coverage so they lied. Now I'm stuck waiting ten+ with vizio. Which was an invalid warranty at the time of the call. Sounds kinda fishy, trying to get out of covering your products Wal-Mart or what? Now that I'm screwed with a dark t.v. till whenever vizio gets around to me, just hope walmart owns up in the future and starts honoring what I paid extra for instead of pushing it off on the last guys.
