wrangler relaxed fit jeans
I've purchased Wrangler Relaxed Fit Jeans from Walmart previously. Happy with them. I recently purchased 2 pair. First time washing color ran badly staining other clothes. I washed them 5-6 times and checked for color running. Still there. Poor product. Disappointing. Have lost confidence in the quality of clothing being sold. Probably make my future purchases at other stores.

No resolution was reached. They laughed about ripping me off, and you Walmart ignored my requests

I no longer trust the Walmart site nor do I believe your mission statement.

will not honor any warranty
I have put numerous items under warranty and every time i try to exercise the warranty it does not get honored. I filed a claim was told that they send shipping material so i can send it back. Never received shipping material and now warranty is expired. Now i have another item to send back and all i get is run around and hours of time wasted. walmart tire rotation and balance
having bought a new set of tires with walmart road hazard and life time rotation and balance I had my tires rebalanced and rotated on a recient trip to Florida, I was charged a fee for tire rotation becausen it was not listed on my warrenty as "rotation and balance for life" but 'Balance lifetime" no other stores have charged me this fee. On Nov 6, 2019 my sister and I arrived in Pigeon Forge, TN for a vacation. We stopped at the Walmart there, 1414 Parkway, Sevierville, store #00578 and was checked out by clerk ID# 7N7XQ568860. She was rude and absolutely ridiculous. She asked for my ID which was in my car. We were purchasing 2 bottles of champagne. I went out and got it. In the meantime my sister offered to show hers. Clerk said no because I was paying. Fine. Then suddenly she told me I cannot buy the champagne because it is a third party sale. How ridiculous. It was for us and we were both there! I am 63 years old and my sister is 58. We left without it. It was late and we did not know our way around to get champagne elsewhere. We got none! Since when does Walmart not sell champagne to two old ladies who are together and both have ID's? That woman was rude, and shockingly nasty for no apparent reason. Forget it, moolennial! Women that age don't add an "ing" to the word "adult". It's supposed to be a noun, not a verb.
