I quit using Walmart’s grocery delivery service because the shopper (not delivery driver) didn’t put my groceries in plastic bags, they were strewn all over the delivery car’s trunk (see pic). This order cost $223.00. I was very upset because who knew what had been in that trunk? Also meat products could have leaked onto their lining! This was the shopper’s fault and not with the driver, who ONLY delivered my groceries.
After discussing this with a Walmart spokesperson they weren’t shocked that this happened and would NOT confirm this was against company policy and would NOT guarantee it wouldn’t happen again. This is a very poor representation of how their company respects your groceries and values your safekeeping.
Desired outcome: Walmart should acknowledge this type of service is not acceptable according to their guidelines, apologize and reassure me my groceries should be bagged and it will never happen again.
Walmart Money Card
I have recently received my Refund in my Walmart Money Card, and have since been using my card for purchase, but i got a situation which i thought was taken care of after submitting my ID for verification the first time it worked, and then i began to think its all okay and did not have any reason to remove all my money from your company i stayed thinking its all okay, but to my surprise i woke up one morning to another notification stating my account have been blocked, well, i don't think your company have any rights to block my account on the grounds that i haven't done anything wrong. i submitted my doc again but to my surprise there haven't been any changes to my account. this is pissing me off and i am contemplating suing green dot.
Desired outcome: Please i need my account restored and never gets to blocked cause i earned this money legally and there is no right for your company to block my account. Below are my ID, Thank you.
Pickup
The pickup at Walmart in Port Arthur Tx is going down hill. I've always been able to order my water for pickup along with almost $300 in groceries. Reference No [protected] & [protected]. I have gone through Customer Service, Escalation Team and finally a Supervisor. I ordered a pole saw online. The reference numbers above will explain only part of the problem. I have attached photos below. Delivery on the item was late, wrong item (a Brookstone remote was delivered instead of a pole saw) delivered by Fed Ex, who left it in the bushes on the top of my driveway, 150 feet from my front door. I went to the Capilano Mall Walmart customer service to resolve this mixup. Karan, the customer service manager (he has been very helpful) called online customer service call Center and they told me and him, for me to return the incorrect item for a refund and reorder the pole saw. I told them there was a price difference of around $117 to $265 now. The online customer service call Center person (the one who gave me Reference No [protected] to me) told me and Karan that Walmart will likely credit me the difference if I call [protected] but he cannot guarantee this. I did exactly as I was told but after many phone calls to this number this was not resolved and was upgraded to the escalation team. The escalation team rejected my request as per the attached email. I then spoke to Vidya, a supervisor at the call Center but still Walmart won’t credit me the difference. They keep telling me it’s now a 3rd party item and they cannot credit anything.
I did everything right and Walmart did everything wrong. Why am I being penalized for Walmart’s mistakes. I just want what I correctly ordered from Walmart at the price that I ordered it at and not have to pay around $180 extra. The people at the call Center and escalation team did not seem to understand the issue. They initially kept referring it as me returning a damaged item and now want to reorder the same item. I had to explain many times it’s not a damaged item but a wrong item.
I am shocked and disappointed at how Walmart treat their customers. Instead of making things right and making things easy for the customer when Walmart messes up, they dig in their heels and won’t do anything to correct their screw up.

I order on line my food cause i have a healthy benifit card well alot of times when i order from walmart some items are missing so i say something and they refund me my money this time i was missing a few things and now they wont refund my money saying im always missing items so now they wont refund my money and they told me i cant use the delivery anymore let see if they take my walmart+ due tomorrow cause i will complain then walmart is a rip off and i been at this for 2 days to get my refund and nothing .is anyone else having issue with food missing when deliverd
Paying my GFL Bill
Walmart Store 3475 Parkway Village Ct, Winston Salem, NC 27127. On 4/04/2023 I made 2 seperate payments using my UCARD to pay for 6 months of trash pickup. Company name is GFL Located at 1236 Elon Pl. High Point, NC 27263. ph.336.668.3712 It has been 4 months now and payments were never received. I went to Walmart they said they could not do anything about it because I signed the pad. The lady told me that the company was not in the system after I did the transaction and it rejected it, but it still took the money off my UCARD and I have not seen the money back on the card since. I realized that I did not have the whole payment of 2 payments, but $141.50 was still taken from my card that day and never put back towards my UCARD. The money was on there until the customer service person said the transactions did not go through and I used a little for another purchase right after that.
Desired outcome: I would like the money that was taken off the UCARD put back on the card please. I could use it towards my electric or water bill.
Shopping Carts conditions
I shop mostly at the store located @ 7450 Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven, FL 33884. The condition of these carts is a disgrace. The wheels need changing. At least one wheel/cart will not rotate or part of the wheel is missing. Some carts are impossible to push so one must test carts to find one that they can operate. Thes carts have been bad for years.

Changed the delivery schedule ato Wednesday 07/26 at 11:00 A.m, as well as added other products. You charged my pay pall. Got system confirmation. My aggravation is because I was cooking for guests and by 4 O’clock that day, no ordered delivered. I called couple times .One time they confirmed that there was a delay at 4 O’Clock they suggested me to get refund. I am very aggravated because I was forced to ask my guest to stop to buy Olive oil and ground beef for me to finish to cook for them.
I have Publix and Winn-Dixie cluster and for more than 30 years you have been my choice. I would appreciate if you let your corporate office know that I am not the only one complaining about their Website and also of not enough people to answer your telephones. Thank you for your time . Maria

Walmart Plus Week is a scam
I ordered a dyson vacuum during the first hour! They charged my card but the item never came. After I called to find out when it was coming they said they'd send out a replacement but instead 2 days later they cancelled the order and issued a refund. What a scam! they are advertising items at rock bottom prices but then not sending them out? When I called walmart I was told it was becasue the item is out of stock - however it is still available to order online at a higher price! What a scam!
Pork steaks
Purchased 2 packaged pork steaks on Thursday 7/20/23 they were 1/2 frozen, got home put them in the fridge to thaw.. pulled them out Sat 7/23/23 opened the package and whoa… pork starting to rot really stinks… so, took them back to Walmart but couldn’t find receipt.. told the returns clerk that I was not able to find the receipt… but she scanned the item and said.. go and get what ever your getting to replace it and come back here.. so went and got a pack of country style ribs at about the same price.. she says no that won’t work has to be pork steaks, so go back and get the lowest priced pork steaks package 12 $ but the original was 8$ and figured I’d just pay the difference, and then she says No that won’t work has to be the same price.. she says go find one the same price.. I tell her I got the only package closest to the same price, I’ll just pay the difference she says no that won’t work.. so I say to her HERE LET ME FIX IT FOR YOU
And I grab the rotten stinking package and rip it open and dump it on the counter… and say here keep the change and walk out.

I ordered online a tcl 4k 55” inches on 11 of July . When i received it , i just got a screen , i didn't receive any accessory like remote control , power cord, tv stand and all that stuff. I created a return on 14 of july . I called many a times to customer service agents , almost 10 times . But nobody has shown up to pick it up till now. Its really frustrating for me . Automotive dept, employees not answering the phones.
Walmart in La Plata Maryland refuse to answer their phone. I have Bettbeen calling for a week and no one will answer the phones. when you call he main number, the operator does not answer either. This is a problem and you can't even get a Manager on the phone. I have witness the employee playing around and ignore the customers. Even the employees complain about the person who is suppose to answer the phone causing he does not stay at his station.

I requested verification of employment on behalf on my minor child for government health services. We were then given info on paper, prompting us to the worknumber third party service for verification. Worst experience for requiring your own information. We were unable to login after hours of attempts and several back and fourth phone calls and prompts. The paperwork we needed would of took HR 5 min to fill out. Customer service was of no help, rude and wanted to speak with my minor child. As I am the parent requesting the info for my minor childs health benefits.
Desired outcome: Shut the company down. No more third party.
