Walmart

I purchased this television 5/23/23 & the store in Lansing IL store # 02817. The tv doesn’t have a picture. I called yesterday evening and spoke with a rep @ Walmart.com who advised me he would send a message to the store and I should go there for an exchange. I called instead and spoke with a Supervisor who advised me there weren’t any notes in the system. I called Walmart customer service back and was given ref# [protected]. Basically advising me Walmart sales faulty merchandise and if there’s not a warranty purchased it’s a total loss. I was told by the customer service rep to go into the store and purchase another tv. I wish I would knowing the products don’t last longer than 50 days. I will never shop here again.
