Walgreens / pharmacy

United States Review updated:

Walgreens shorted my husbands pain meds by 10 pills two months in a row. When going back to complain pharmacist claims count is correct. I see this is a common complaint against Walgreens and my husband will run out of meds early again. There is nothing we can do but not use Walgreens anymore. Buyers beware cause you are at their mercy. We have no way to prove someone is stealing from the customers.

Did you count them out at point of sale? If this was such a pressing issue, I would think you would have the wisdom to do so in order to preserve the chain of custody. If you count it in front of them before it leaves their sight, it kinda removes all doubt to where the problem would have been, am I right?

Instead, one or more of you are abusing opioids and trying to pin it on a rigorously DEA monitored and controlled entity in your local Walgreens. Now that's a hard pill for you to swallow.

    Hope that helps!
