Walgreens - Entrapment in the pharmacy

Female coworkers would try to entrap/bait me for sexual harassment.

They would try really hard during my shifts by playing mind games with me, saying phrases like "are you going to COME!?" Mentioning of "phallic sizes" and other sexual innuendos in conversations around me endlesssly.

They've also invited me to "hangout" at their place after work. Some would "pretty up" and "doll" themselves up out of nowhere and/or stick their butts out and purposely get in my way/or "accidentally" rub themselves on me...

I knew it was all a pathetic trap so I didn't buy into any of it and therefore did not act on it or react like a crazy person

I'd also like to mention, they forced me to work with this old indian dude that sexually violated me as well. It was subtle but extremely creepy. I mentioned it to management but they didn't seem to care.

Desired outcome: Fire management

Walgreens - Fired after being harassed in a toxic work environment

I got terminated for defending myself from harassment in a toxic work environment. This is how it works:

1. Harass the person you don't like

2. The person reacts in a negative way

3. Document this negative reaction

Anybody with an elementary school education can figure this out but the idiots at Employee Relations don't have to balls to stand up for anything.

Anyway, lets break down what happened a little more, shall we:

During my shifts they would abuse/harass me repeatedly, think of poking a bear with a stick repeatedly and covertly. This type of harassment would be covert in nature so to the outsider looking in it would go undetected (verbal camoflage). Look up the term "dog whistling"

For example, they would have "side-conversations" around me, subtly inserting in racial or sexually harassing remarks (sensitized and unique to me) to get me to react negatively. When I'd react in a negative way, they would use that against me as "hostility" as well as gaslight me with the phrase, "are you okay?"

Meanwhile, my partner and manager suddenly transformed. One moment she was the caring "I got your back" pharmacist I was familiar with, the next moment she suddenly turned into this cold "I must follow wal-greens pro-to-col" robo-pharmacist. It was totally bizzare, I couldn't believe this, but at the same time I wasn't surprised...

Anyway, now that the hostility narrative was set against me, it was all about putting it down officially in the books.

They had me sit in a room with the manager sitting across me, and they had me talk to some corporate dude through the speaker phone, theatrically trying to make it it look like they actually cared about my concern. What a joke. To me it all seemed so phony and fake. They also designed the interview questions to "defending myself" as if I were wrong instead of assuming innocence. The assumption was already set that I was wrong... You will see this kind of technique done by news-reporters interviewing people they don't like.

This is the first trap I fell into:

Never express or talk about your feelings especially when the decision to fire/break up/divorce you is already decided. If you don't fit under the right protected demographic, it's generally a wise thing to not voice any concern at all, as it does absolutely nothing, and it will 100% work against you when [censored] hits the fan. Considering my demographic, of course the odds were heavily stacked against me and having this recorded in audio/written form was simply adding fuel to the fire, or in my case, the final nail in the coffin:

The narrative was already set against me: I was "being hostile." My complaints in written form was their "confirmation" and "paper work" to make it "official documentation" to press the red-button against me.

Are you ready to hear about how the Matrix works?

Here is the real truth about how this all works:

Despite anti-retaliation policies, Store Managers and District Managers abuse their authority to enact agendas and vendetta

The corporate propaganda of “Diversity. Equity. Inclusion.” is a cover while they harass and intimidate employeess against workers they disfavor. They use their powerful authority as managers to coerce or threaten employees into silence about speaking out. Employees are threatened with retaliation or potential disciplinary actions (termination) if they dare to find accountability for their managers actions.

into submission and staying quiet with threats of disciplinary actions or termination.

Employee Relations give managers sweeping cover / immunity from disciplinary actions for unfair actions against their employees.

District Managers and Store Managers will actively prevent employees they disfavor from attaining a promotion they are qualified for.

Employee Relations Specialists have wide ranging authority with seemingly 0 accountability for making bad decisions or bad calls regarding disciplinary actions.

Employee Relations, Assets Protection, and Walgreens Legal Dept. will pervert or intentionally misinterpret their own corporate policies to UNFAIRLY punish, target, harass, intimidate, or TERMINATE employees they view unfavorably.

Store Managers will show favoritism to some employees with opportunities of advancement, and others are prevented from receiving opportunities.

The micro fulfillment center in mechanicsville VA is the same way with harassment and targeting employees that speak out for themselves. They have a cliche of cop workers from another business that came there, they try to trick and turn verbiage around to make it seem like it’s your fault, then they fire you.

Becareful, they will also "bait" you and try to "entrap" you with sexual harassment. I worked with many females, and as the only few guys working, I can't count how many bullets I've dodged with attempts at being "setup"... I was horrified by what I observed to be cliche (albeit pathetic) attempts to entrap me.

Important lesson here:

NEVER mix work and your professional job with relationships with your female co-workers and/or patients/customers...
