Purchased a $100 Visa gift card from the gift card kiosk. Paid the $1.95 service fee. Got home and found out this card has to be registered with Green Dot bank as a new credit card account. 10 mins later, back at store to exchange for actual gift card, we were told by management there was nothing that could be done about this. We wanted a one time purchase gift card and got this. Why are these cards in the "Gift Card" kiosk as they are NOT gift cards. S it sits now;
