was waiting for a package when I find out it was supposedly delivered and left at my front door, come to find out first they don't know which front door they left it at, then they tell me that it was not delivered to the front door but delivered to my mailman who was suppose to deliver it. I called the company from where the package was coming from they said that UPS was suppose to deliver it to my home not to the mailman. So UPS actually does not know what they did with the package. How irresponsible of these people, one of the biggest delivery service in the world and can't get information straight. So now I have no package or any information as to where this package is.

UPS does not care about helping resolve theft issues within their own company. I sent two boxes with one boat prop in each box taped together so that there was no way they could be separated. This was the same way I had received them. Someone had to cut one of the boxes free from the box that had the shipping label attached. Now they can't "find" the other box and have not been very helpful in resolving the problem eventhough there was insurance on the shipment.

I was expecting a very important time sensitive package from UPS a week ago. I was tracking it on-line to find they had delivered it to the wrong address. I called them immediately, after putting on hold several times, I was told the package will arrive the next day and the UPS Palatine Office will call me in an hour to let me know the specific times. Infact, they would try and deliver it the same day.
Next day, when I did not see the package, nor the phone call came, I called again. After several moments of hold and being passed around, I was informed that they had no data indicating I had placed a call the previous day. Again, I was put on hold and they tried to track the package and the same secenario was repeated like the previous day. This time around, I even spoke with the supervisor, they all had my phone number and again assured me the package would arrive in 2-3 days because of the weekend and them have to reroute it. Another few days went by, i called again. And the same thing happened. No documentations were made of my lost package and I had to resubmit this request.
I asked them to just forget about it and give me money for the lost package. They said, there procedure is I would have to wait for 24 hours after the claim has been submitted and they have tried to locate the package for this and since there has been no record of my calls documented they cannot put in this request yet.

I tell you, UPS are ###. Such sophisticated company does not have a proper computer system to log client information and their customer service SUCKS! US Postage System is much better and cheaper by any means. I would NEVER again use UPS and plan to submit my request to every possible website I can think off.

Hi!
i am writing because UPS LOST my valuable package today.
it had to be delivered today.but it didnt or some of their deliverman stole it.i was at home all day but nobody came.when i called the ups customer center they said that they put it infront of the door? no signature ? it was a 500 dollars package and it is missing now...it is their responsibility.Who will pay my loss?

i wont use ups never again in my life and i will tell everybody who will use ups

I ordered something from Amazon.com..UPS claims they delivered it, they did not.This is not the first time they have done this.This time is worse because they claim they delivered it when they didn't, they claim there driver came back 3 times and no one was home, Im always home as Im disabled, the dog never barked and I never saw anyone.This is an over 80.00 loss and I don't have money to throw away as Im on Dissability.They have done this befor but the issue was always resolved, this time they refuse to take responsibility and one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.A Superviser called and gave me an attitude.They keep trying to put it on me or on the shipper, the shipper, Elaine from Sweetheart Collectables is a very nice Lady.Im furious with UPS, Im out all that money and the item.Thats not right.

Call UPS and file a lost package claim since they didn't obtain a signature. That way you will be reimbursed for the lost package
