UPS No customer service on a clear default on delivery

International Express Saver service 2 - 5 business days

- I have had 44 calls with UPS
- huge delivery delay
- promises of failed delivery specified dates x 2
- thousands of dollars in penalty charges & increasing daily

AND STILL NO IDEA WHERE OR WHEN I CAN EXPECT SHIPMENT

14 days in one facility location (Hong Kong) and CS team have no clear visual on where the shipment is. On the tracker is says arrived in Germany yet no one knows how to get a response from the ground team in Germany to confirm this or how to elevate an issue in Germany.

According to multiple team members the package is in the UK, according to several other team member they says its still in its origin Hong Kong and many other team members and the sender saying its in Germany.

Customer Service have no authority and can only say sorry, we are following. They have no power to elevate the issue and are so reluctant to put any matter of urgency on what is going to one of the biggest impacts on our company. The most frustrating and annoying part is they won't share email or direct numbers so you can speak to the same agent without going through the same long drawn out process and explanation, just to get a sorry.

They have again committed with a 100% its being delivered on this day. We arrange staff to receive over the weekend only to follow it up and be told. We are sorry but its still in Hong Kong, Still no clear picture with no one knowing how to find out or know how to get management involved...saying sorry doesn't pay this amount of money or keep my company open.

UPS Delivery and lack of communication

My medicine which needs to kept refrigerated is floating around UPS for 3 days now They are now saying I will get it on Day 7 which means it will be destroyed by then. I hope they like reimbursing the medical company all that money for shipping and insurance. You can't even get these [censored] on the phone. Zero customer service what a [censored] bag company.

UPS continually dealing with package delivery to wrong address

I live in NH. On an almost weekly basis I am getting packages for 208A. My address is 208. I have called 5 times in the last 2 months, and they always assure me they are working to solve the problem. yet again today they delivered it to my address. I live in a country setting development class medium density residential. I have spoken with both the 800 number and Manchester Nh department. This needs to stop!

UPS Driver - speeds

This is the 3 time I have had a UPS drive speed down my drive way. I live on a private drive that is about 500 feet long, and the last 3 deliveries have had drivers speeding extremely excessively down my drive. I have 2 little kids, 2 dogs and 2 horses and if your drivers were to hit any of the above there would be a major issue on your hands. They drive so fast, that one day I had a vet working with my horse, she was drawn to the driver speeding down my driveway and she said "wow that was very aggressive", just today, 12/1/2021 at 3:35pm the delivery drive took off so fast out of my driveway they left skid marks, and a huge trail of dust. this is absolutely unacceptable and again could cause major risk to the family members and animals I have on my property. this needs to be addressed immediately.

UPS Delivery of bamboo fencing

My name is Wendy Brown. My husband's name is Oneill Clark. Our address is 1051 Solar Road NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107.

We ordered rolled bamboo fencing from Backyard x Scape in San Diego California. Delivery was scheduled for 2 - 6 pm today November 29. At 3:22 pm driver called to say he couldn't find our address. My husband (Oneill Clark) clarifed where we live -- which is on a dead end short gravel road. The driver then said he could not back the truck down the road to deliver.

There is currently construction of a house going on across the road -- these people have been able to back down the road with a trailer carrying 60 foot beams. Cement trucks, and many other vehicles have accessed the area. The postal service and other UPS trucks have come here without a problem.

Oneill met the driver on the street connecting with ours, which is right on a curve with traffic coming in both directions, with our truck. The driver had a 4 foot pallet jack to unload the 8 foot pallet of bamboo rolls into the middle of the street where traffic was flowing . He had a difficult time maneuvering the pallet onto the lift and then onto the street. Once on the street he was unable to move the pallet onto our gravel road. My husband asked if he had something to cut the banding so that they could unpack the rolls and load them into our truck, he said he didn't. So my husband walked the block to our house got the tools need and returned to the UPS truck. The driver had already closed up the truck, handed my husband the paperwork, and left. Leaving a 68 year old man in the middle of a busy street to deal with this mess by himself. I am a 130 lb woman of the same age and I was not much help. Each one of 11 rolls weighs 110 lbs. 8 feet long.

This is outrageous, rude, thoughtless, and totally unprofessional behavior. We were ultimately helped by a kind neighbor (who is over 70 years old and missing a kidney). We dealt with it - they loaded and unloaded the heavy rolls and I directed traffic) but we should not have had to. Someone could easily have been injured. The driver should be disciplined at a minimum. We would suggest firing him.

The delivering trailer was #255361 UPGF. Freight bill number [protected].

Please contact me directly at [protected] or my husband at [protected] to discuss and resolve this issue. We are expecting the second half of the delivery at some point and we expect much different behavior and service.

UPS Delivery

My first 2 packages were delivered to the wrong address that the driver said was put on my front porch which means the Find tards they hire to deliver don't have to check to make sure its the right address. This last package that wasn't delivered the stupid lying tard said I wasn't home and they put a note on my door. UPS SUCKS Other packages in the past they have left in ditches and on the side or the road, Just sucks they have no accountability

UPS Psycho employee

On November 22, 2021 I was coming out of my house at the 800 block of 43rd Ave., San Francisco, CA 94121 about 11:25 AM. I was waiting for my wife who went to pick up something at the market. I was going to help her unload. When I came out I saw a gray sedan with California license 4YEF286 completely block our driveway. A few minutes later a short heavyset male came out he was about 60 years old he wore a UPS vest. Now, I like the regular UPS drivers on this route I never had a problem, until the loon showed up. I asked him to ‘please not block my driveway next time'. Instead of saying something like ‘sorry or OK and goodbye'. he started screaming for me to call the police. He was really out of whack, I videoed this UPS guy and when he saw that he was further enraged. At this point my wife returned I told him to move and he purposely parked, asking ‘what cha gonna do'? Almost causing a collision with oncoming traffic for my wife. This went on for several minutes; neighbors were coming out to us if we were in danger. When we finally were able to get rid of this idiot I begin my morning walk and then I saw him at the end of the block he immediately challenged me to a fight and called me ‘chicken'I want to note all this is caught on video I then called the customer service department and eventually spoke to a Martin he was professional he said UPS would call tomorrow next day. On the next day there was no UPS call. However the next day this loon was back on our block delivering packages and yelling at a senior citizen when he did not understand him. When he saw me the second that he saw me he your surly asked ‘what do you want'? II am considering going to the media but social and traditional with my videos and lack of response and corrective action regarding UPS' psychotic a dangerous driver.

UPS Delivery package

I had my package deliver to the wrong address not even close to my home I was waiting for a package from Macy inside package I had a set of Diamond earrings and your idiot driver didnt even leave them at my address I happens a lot with you guys you always leave my packages 4 home away from me are your drivers that dumb that they can't tell there at the wrong address. Here my tracking number 1ZY5W6470235479533 this can not continue to happen I pay for fast shipping and they end up at wrong address I was lucky my neighbor 5 house away brought the package to me

UPS Complaining about valuable package delivered

We had a valuable package delivered to our door at approximately 13:47. It required an Adult Signature. I am pretty sure that is a paid for service that the shipper requires. As I mentioned it is a valuable gift and we already had one stolen through USPS.

I do not appreciate the packages being left and the driver just ringing the doorbell and leaving. We Were Home!

UPS Item delivers to wrong address every time.

I ordered a sink vanity through Amazon, it was shipped using UPS. They scanned the item and put in a note that the package was delivered and they met with a person. They did not check an ID before carelessly leaving my purchase of over $200 at the wrong address. When I called to report that it was not delivered to my house and no one spoke to me, they just said they would report it. Never heard from them until I called Amazon. Amazon had to call them to get an answer. The Amazon representative finally got in touch with UPS and asked them what happened. The UPS lady told Amazon that it would be delivered on Monday. The UPS driver picked the package back up and took off the message that it had been delivered. Amazon asked UPS if they could deliver the product the following day and she said they would NOT! This is not the first time UPS has done this. If their drivers are so STUPID that they cannot put in the correct address, they do not need a job driving!

Desired outcome: I want my package tonight which he should have picked it up and delivered it!!! If not, he needs to be reprimanded. Otherwise, I will continue to files complaints and contact the Attorney General.

UPS Not delivering when you say you are going to deliver.

Have been waiting for delivery of new computer.
Advised by tracking on UPS that was to be delivered on Thursday 11th
Then suddenly it was to be delivered today, Friday 12th between 10 and 2.
Arranged for both Thursday and Friday for somebody to be at home at appointed times.
Delivery guy turned up at 16.10 today, but nobody at home then.

Why are you so specific about delivery times when it is clear from this experience that you are unable to keep to them? It would reduce frustration all round.

UPS The drivers are stating they attempted delivery and have not attempted delivery, this is an ongoing problem.

My name is Linda Seay, I live at 1266 Rossview Road Clarksville, TN 37043. I wish to file a complaint against the UPS in Clarksville, TN. I have several examples that i will attach as documentation. For the past year I have had many occasions where the UPS drivers are saying they have attempted delivery at my home and they have not been to my home to attempt delivery. 1. I have a ring doorbell that picks up anyone that comes down my driveway and anyone that comes to my door. 2. I work from home and have since March 2020. I work 10 hours a day, my desk is beside my front door, about 3 feet from the door. I face the window in the front of the house so i can watch my dog when i let her outside. 3. My dog is blue heeler and will let the town know if anyone comes near the front door. She is a inside dog and is a excellent watch dog. I am more than happy to get the recordings of the days that the drivers are saying they attempted delivery. Most recently yesterday at 6:48 pm the driver stated attempted delivery and did not attempt delivery.

I live on an extremely busy road right off of the interstate and across from 3 schools. The road is busy all the time, it's impossible for me to leave my home during the day and pick up the packages that these drivers are not delivering. I cannot get back to my home in an hour. understand it's no fun delivering on a busy road where people won't let you out of the driveways but this is their jobs. I have complained so many times to the supervisors here and they are supposed to be checking the location of the drivers when they say they attempted delivery. It has gotten so bad that the supervisors won't speak with me anymore. Which tells me they do not care about their customers. I have spoken with Amazon and asked them to either mail my packages or use Fed Ex to deliver to me. They have finally agreed to try this route since Clarksville UPS has many issues and misrepresenting a delivery attempt is ok with the supervisors here. I feel like this needs attention, I try very hard to order from places that will mail at my own expense or use other delivery means.

A few of the dates that the drivers falsely said delivery attempted are as follows:
January 7, 2021. I was able to catch the supervisor and after work she brought my package to my house on her off time that night. The tracking number is 1Z8162011250616559.
JUNE 26, 2021 The tracking number 1Z8162011250616559. I had to go to another location and pick up my package even though i had been at home waiting for the delivery. The supervisor was notified and refused to have the driver deliver to me.
September 14, 2021--I'm unable to locate the tracking number but UPS driver said attempted delivery and holding for pick up at another location. Again I was at my home awaiting the package. Amazon got involved and had a UPS supervisor call me and had a different driver deliver to me two days later. This was a package for my elderly mother, she had just lost her home in the flood in Waverly Tennessee. I ordered a print that she had in her bathroom that she loved. I needed it to lift her spirits as we tried to get her moved in an apartment away from the flooded town.
November 10, 2021 tracking number : 1Z975E630319162688, the driver shows attempted delivery at 6:48 pm. I was sitting in my living room with my husband. The front door open and we can see out of the glass storm door and the front windows. My loud dog laying in front of the door inside watching traffic go by. No attempted delivery was made. I tried to call the supervisor and they would not answer. I tried to call twice today and the Clarksville office won't answer. I complained to Amazon and have an email where they will do what they can to get my packages delivered through a different source. Since I pay for delivery I feel UPS owes me alot of money because these are not one time things that has happened. I have more instances along the same lines.

UPS Delivery was attempted no it wasn't

I order a replacement phone from asurion thinking and going to get it today when mind you it was one day shipping and it's already been two but that's because of a Sunday so that's whatever but then I have been Hawking over this tracking number watching it all day it says that it's going to be delivered 7pm/ late at night but then they supposedly deliver it or try to deliver it at 2:45 I was never contacted when I literally went out of my way to add something on top of my mailbox that said exactly how to get a hold of me or what my buzzer code was but nothing.

UPS Everything

20mins of telephone prompts to attempt to get to a live person, 9/10 your call is dropped, ONLY after you've patiently been on hold and gone through 2, 000+ prompts, G-d forbid I still had a rotary phone.

Once you do get through, they know nothing, which isn't their fault, not like they should be expected to have updates.

Real time updates, are rarely accurate. Just today, I was told they have no idea where my packages are since they were out for delivery last friday, they do know they weren't delivered.

COMPLETE disgrace.

UPS Delivery/Customer Service Issue

I have been having issues with delivery since last week. My bell is currently out of order so I placed a sign written in red marker on the main door to my building to make all of the delivery companies aware of the situation. Although a notation was left on my account for the driver he still decided to put the sticker on my door instead of ringing the bell above mine to get into the building to deliver my package. My building only has 4 apartments in it. I work from home so I am here my notice asked for them to ring the bell or call my cell to deliver my package. I was told on November 1, 2021 that my package would be held for 5 days at the UPS location in Newark, & I would have to pay a $8 fee to pick up my package. At this time I also made another complaint which the rep informed me at this time that she didn't see any records of my complaint from 2 days prior however, she assured me she was definitely doing her part & a supervisor would call me back. At that time I respectfully told the rep I highly doubt I would receive a call back which I was correct. If my package was going to be held for 5 days how was it sent back to the sender on November 1st? According to your rep that I spoke with today they held my package from 12-5pm, I didn't want to pay up so yall sent my package back Say What Now? What if I worked until 6pm? Further more that is not 5 days. I ended up asking for a supervisor due to the rep continuously speaking over me only for him to place me on a 30+ minute hold while he searched for a available supervisor. I wish I could say this is due to covid but the truth is covid just made it worse.

UPS Your carrier.

Your carrier was on an elevator at 3003 new Hyde Park Rd. in new Hyde Park around 215 this afternoon. The elevator door opened and the handtruck was a foot in front of the entrance of the elevator and I said coming in. I I said can you please move? Your carrier did NOT have a mask on and told me to take a time out said what do you want me to do. I said a gentleman would move the handtruck and move out of the way. He stood there with the hand truck and did not move and I was almost up against the door. He was extremely rude and demeaning.

Desired outcome: An apology from your delivery person and a reprimand to him from you and more training.

UPS Return shipping

Twice the driver refused to take a return package
Automated ups pickup phone service says driver will take to the nearest ups store if requested; driver says he won't; was charged 3 times for same package (as I am trying to pay for the return shipping myself) but, the package is still on my front porch, driver has been here to pick it up twice. How can you charge me for nothing? For refusal of services? And then tell me you won't refund my money? The company that sold me the $1600 item said that they won't refund me until they receive it. They don't respond when I inform them that you (ups driver) refuse to accept their current return label (parts hawk: parts hawk return)

No call backs despite promises, no updates, unable to track online because its four months and counting and customer support just hang up every time. You're not to be trusted it seems?
