At first I couldnt help but think their correspondence was a scam.too good to be truebut the more I communicated with them the more comfortable and trusting I became. Great group they took care of the little guy. grateful to them for all their hard work. As a consumer and woman of color I have to navigate though life meticulously to avoid being taken advantage of. It felt nice knowing someone will stand up and defend what is right. Being a victim of any injustice can inflict damage on so many levels of ones life. Ok this company was fanominal,i didn't have to hassle with any part of my case and they did all the leg work for me i just had to sit back relax and wait for there excellent staff to report back at most just had to e sign a few documents other than that literally did nothing and about a year down the line i was cashing out my settlement this company is awesome... Scam alert there not a trusted law firm because the things there inquiring about a real law firm would not ask for this type of information over the world wide web.I really hope they get in some type of legal trouble for harassing clients who trusted this fake law *** learned for me now I really would like them to stop contacting me about the Turbo Tax Settlement. received my compensation 9/1/22 - fastest in any of my class action cases. Turbo tax milked many citizens to use their services only to find out at the end of filing we would have to pay extra. This is where I get to say - everyday, normal citizens are being taken advantage of by major corporations like Turbo Tax. Amazing! I had no idea there was a class action filed about this, I received a email from Keller Postman LLC. informing ME about the case and MY eligibility to participate. In a few minutes I received the legal information, verified my identity, accepted the invitation offer to be represented and finally I electronically signed and returned the documents. A few months (less than 6 months) later the funds were directly deposited into my bank account. Just Amazing!Thank you so much!Sincerely

Keller Lenkler is just fine with me. I see lots of greedy people complaining about their turbo tax case that Keller Lenkler handled & how they were only getting like $139. Well TurboTax / Inuit is only paying $39.99 to each person. So it seems that the attorneys were able to get them quite a bit more money than they would have got on their own. They also complained that they didn't get it soon enough but I saw that they all received it on September 2nd ***. If they thought they could do better on their own then they should have.

I just received the compensation for a class action case that Keller/Postman handled quickly and with the first class service they described. Throughout the entire process, they have been immediately on top of every single email and question that I have sent to their office and answering every question I had asked with the upmost professionalism, respect and honesty. I would definitely highly recommend Keller/Postman to anyone who may be looking for the absolute best law firm in the country, according to my opinion.

They sent an email on October 7th..In which Keller *** pulled a Turbo Tax charge on everyone in that email they stated they only be charging $65 for their fees. That increased to $250 with no recollection of the afforementioned reduced fee. It seems to me this legal company just took advantage of the situation for their own benefit. Used people just like TurboTax for their own personal financial gain. I got charged $175 on average a year to file with Turbo tax even though it was offered as free.. up until I was ready to file and send

They are GREEDY! They took $250 per person in attorney fees from the Turbo Tax class action plus an ADDITIONAL $24.93 in attorney cost?!? If you didn't agree you go NO parts of the settlement! There has to be a law against this predatory tactic. After all is said and done I get only a measly $139.08. I was the one paying Turbo Tax, NOT these GREEDY [censored]! My state's *** of *** Regulation and *** really needs to look into this. It maybe too late for those who agreed, but everyone else, DON'T ***MN THING!

Keller|Lenkner LLC is truly amazing Law Firm! I couldnt believe they have issued me a settlement that saved my life, just after three clicks of a button and few email updates I received compensation that allowed me to pay for a brand new high value vehicle in cash. Everything was done over emails and phones which was very convenient. I also realized that my Manager at the day job who is also Delivery Driver received the same compensation independently! Thank you again Keller|Lenkner attorneys, youre amazing and truly helpful and there is absolutely no wait time when questions asked over the phone! Their success rate is very high in my opinion. I have worked for certain companies for which Keller Lenkner filed lawsuits. They are on the side of workers who have to get paid fairly. I received an email about their lawsuits against companies that I worked for and accepted their terms, recently I got my check to my hand and cashed it out, which means they won the lawsuit and provided settlements to workers. I am waiting for another settlement check and they are working on the third case which I believe they will win. If they did not started the lawsuits people like me would possibly never get their pay fairly, they may even not know it. Great appreciation from my side to Keller Lenkner Team.

I received an email stating I had won a settlement amount for $***. I was supposed to receive my first check in August, however *** had issues with the check and sent it back to the original sender. Rather than the company taking the initiative to send me a replacement check immediately, I was told I had to wait until another 4-6 weeks. I decided to wait thinking it was a fluke with the post office. As of today, ( September 24th), it appears the post office does not know where this item is again. They informed me that the tracking number I was provided isn't valid, and that the original sender ( ***, might not have shipped it because it was never scanned in the post office's system. At this point I am starting to think I am being played with by ***. When I call in all of their agents just say, " oh we will put you in the next batch." So they keep putting people off, and tell them to just wait another 4-6 weeks for another check. For a company that files lawsuits, they should know this is not ok. I'm incredibly frustrated and do not know if I will ever get this check.

Keller lenkner client services has sent me emails after emails about me receiving under $150.00 from Intuit / TurboTax since the end of 2021. I have read of others getting a lot more than that; even after the law firm has taken out their part. Actually I think that I should be receiving more than what they saying that I am to receive because I've been doing my taxes with them for a pretty long time. And other people are complaining that they are just going to be receiving a little over $1,000.00 Really? I would be so happy for that amount to be coming to me, but no; I'm not going to be receiving that much if I click the green button down below in the email. I should be the one complaining about the amount because I won't see that much. And I have paid them a lot more than that,; just to get this so less of a Refund from intuit / TurboTax. Now, I'm not so sure if I want to click that green button at the bottom of the email ; because they'll probably take the funds I was supposed to receive and then say that i owe them more money! Nope! Not gonna do that until i know for sure if this email and also the text they have sent to me is legit or not! Sorry about this rant, but I just had to say this!

RE: class action lawsuit against Intuit/ turbo tax. *** Law along with *** (Portman) Complete liars! Very greedy, dishonest jerks who have bad business ethics and do not act in good faith. Theyre fighting to help people get their money from companies who ripped people off only to take all your claim & give you an insulting unreasonable offer. They advertise 40% ! They lied saying i signed an agreement telling me i agree to a $750 fee on top of there $250 attorney fee, $24.93 attorney cost and only offering me $139.08. 40% of $414.01 would mean I receive $248.41 & they take 40% being only $165.61. But now they also took out $750 before the offer was sent & used it and their 2nd offer trying to validate how they feel it a fair offer. So now they expect $1164.01 & think $139.08 is a fair reasonable offer ..? I saved my *** shots. Each message they send had different excuses, different amounts, and full of lies. They also claim their website is down after every single messge i send them. They harass you by *** messaging urging you accept their offer. I reported them for unreasonably unfair bad faith misleading business practices. I hope thousands more fight them on stealing money they claim to be helping others get back. They are the most unprofessional law firm & seem never to be held accountable for their crooked ways & get away with the same unlawful thing they claim to be fighting for.

I have never received nor my wife received any of the $165 Dollars each we were sent notices saying that your Company Resolved the Case for more than expected yet neither of us have received no money and nothing about the credit protection you promised along with the $165 each because we were both included in the Breach.

THEY WERE MY ATTORNYS IN A CLASS ACTION LAW SUITE WITH THEM, THEY ADVISED ME THAT THE *** WAS OVER AND ASKED FOR MY PAYMENT METHOD. I PROVIDED MY DIRECT DEPOSIT INFORMATION, THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO SUBMIT MY REFUND VIA ZELLE. I NEVER RECIEVED IT. ON TOP OF THAT THEY ALSO HAD MY ADDRESS. I HAVE BEEN EMAILING BACK AND 4TH WITH NO RESOLUTIN. I HAVE EVEN PROVIDED A PRINT OF MY BANK ACCOUT AND ZELLE ACCOUNT SHOWING NOTHING WAS RECIEVED, THEY HAVE BEEN PAID AND I ALSO WANT TO BE PAID. MY NEXT STEP IS TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE *** BAR.

The firm continues to send my documents to submit my social security number because they say they cannot associate it with my name. There have been zero problems with this for 58 years. I have submitted the document as requested several times. Each time they CLAIM that the social and name do not match up. This is false! I found out this past weekend, after sharing my story with my daughter, that she is also involved with a claim through this firm. They are doing exactly the same thing to her. I feel this is a way to retain 100% of all of the settlements.

I contacted Keller Lenkner about the TurboTax settlement agreement offer. I was supposed to receive a settlement for $139 but the DocuSign document did not go through because they said it was expired. All of the emails I received from Keller Lenkner went to a spam folder. They never sent any tangible correspondence through the mail or even through telephone. When I contacted them to see about signing the document they said there was nothing else they could do for me as the link expired 2 days prior, and they would not provide me with information to get in contact with Intuit either.

On June 3rd,2022 I received an email to choose my form of payment for my settlement with Turbotax $139.08. Im now concerned that I gave my information to a false claim or scam because I waited on hold for 4 hours and never got a call back on the provided phone number. October 13,2022 I got an update email that claimed payments would be sent this week but the week is over and when I emailed them about this the reply was clearly automated. I made sure to update my information as requested but no communication has been established with a real person. Kindly just wanting an update. Thank You.

I received the following e-mail on Oct 31, 2022 RE: Your Amazon Settlement Your Reference Number: a0L4W00000XOR0hUAH Dear ***,According to the settlement administrator, your $267.14 Amazon settlement payment has been delivered successfully. We at Keller Postman (formerly Keller Lenkner) want to reiterate that it has been a pleasure representing you in this matter.As of today, Nov 7, 2022, I received no such payment. I have made several attempts to contact Keller Postman including phone calls and forms provided on their website, no one from the company has contacted me other that the original e-mail I have referenced above.

ON NOVEMBER 1 2022 I GOT AN EMAIL FROM KELLERPOSTMAN SAYING *** CLOSED MY CASE. MY CASE NUMBER IS aOL4W00000W0eUKUAJ. I DONT KNOW IF THEY ZERO OR LETTER O. THE SETTLEMENYT ADMINISTRATOR SAYS I GOT MY AMAZON PAYMENT OF $365.81. I NEVER GOT IT. I GOT ANOTHER EMAIL ABOUT 3 WEEKS BEFORE TELLING ME IM GETTING A CHECK AND I CAN CHANGE IT TO SOMETHING ELSE. I CHANGED IT TO PAYPAL AND ITS NOT THERE. IM WONDERING WHERE THE MONEY IS. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHERE MY MONEY IS. DONT KNOW HOW TO GET A HOLD OF THE SETTLEMENT ADMINISTRATOR. I NEED THE MONEY NOW. 9.1.22 - advised by Keller Lenkner the TurboTax settlement was going to deposit $139.08 into my account from the settlement money. It was supposed to be done by the middle of September 2022. I have called Keller Lenkner *** Services at least five times and have never received a callback after being advised to leave all the info on the voice mail. I have been given four different phone numbers and none of them are ever answered; I leave the information they requested and still have not received a callback or the settlement money. I was part of a lawsuit they did and received a notice they had reached a settlement agreement about 6 months ago. I was told the funds would be distributed in around 4 months time. I understand the distribution of funds can take more time than expected but I have tried over and over to get an update from them and receive no response at all. The links they provided to information regarding this lawsuit no longer are valid and seems they are never going to respond. They pit a clause in the settlement agreement stating that if funds are not used by a certain time frame that they will be forfeited and donated to a law *** of their choice I belive since I picked a digital payment method this is why they won't respond.

This law firm was hired to represent me on a multi-million dollar settlement negotiation. They pocketed $90million dollars in fees and dropped me as a client when I refused to accept $100 as my settlement award.The company lied to me about the representation services it was providing me and actually entered into a confidential settlement with the defendant paying the settlement to the *** FIRM; not me!After I complained about it, the company lied to me and pretended like they tried to negotiate a larger settlement and dropped me when they couldn't. I didn't find out what really happened (they pocketed $90million dollars & settled the claim as though they were the injured party) until after they lied to *** had to begin investigating what happened.

I was contacted on numerous occasions about my settlement from intuit by lenkner keller.. I did all the necessary paperwork including sending my ach bank info and a copy of my marriage license to prove my name change. It's been over two months and still have not heard from this law office in regards to my settlement amount. I dont know if it was a scam but no one has contacted me and I have not received any payment at all. I would appreciate some type of correspondence with this company to let me know the status of my settlement or something. I was contacted by email by this Law firm regarding the Turbo Tax settlement. I signed the settlement agreement, provided my ach details for my bank deposit and waited to receive the payment. About 3 weeks ago I received an email from Keller saying that my payment would be deposited within the next 2 weeks to my bank. I emailed them bank after I didn't receive anything. Now they are saying that I have to wait 3 additional weeks for them to investigate and see what happened. I provided the correct details for the *** and I don't see why I should have to wait to get my money. They have been paid their fees, which I don't have an issue with. I would just like to receive my money. In addition, I also provided my home address which they could send me a check there. I would just like to receive my agreed settlement of ***.

The firm lack of communication is horrible and on 11.15.2022 when I finally had to call and wait over two hours and still have not spoke to a live person. After leaving a message they sent an email stating my settlement transaction declined and will have to issue a check. When I called again on 11.16.2022 after seeing the email I stated that I am unable to cash a check cause I bank online and have no way to cash it. The email I received treated me as if I was at fault. I never received email in months, I called them back in the summer asking about my settlement money and they sent an email on how I would like to receive it. Which is through Zelle. After that I have not heard from their firm regarding my settlement. I had to call them on 11.15.2022 and still the customer service is horrible. What I would like is to have my settlement done via electronic and not paper. That is all I am asking for.

I have been contacted multiple times by Keller postman law offices about a turbo tax lawsuit, it shows on msgs there's a deadline to accept, I spoke to someone about the nature of the lawsuit, I'm confused why they get almost 800 dollars and I would only get 139...doesn't make sense..I need advice, aren't attorneys supposed to help clients get the most they can ,not clients help them profit more..is there a way to go about this turbo tax situation without this company's help so I get paid! Also I couldn't get a direct answer about the nature of the turbo tax lawsuit ..they weren't clear about it I just know I'm involved, I know there's a settlement from turbo tax for their false advertising services as free that I was told by turbo tax I didn't have to do anything,it will just come to me...so is this a separate tt lawsuit? I received a notice earlier this year about my Amazon settlement claim. I provided all the information that they needed for my bank account my address etc for them to send my settlement to. After waiting months I finally received a verification letter that my money would be arriving. After a month of waiting I called and they told me that there was a problem and they would be mailing out a paper check. I have written them through email three times I have called them three times and each time they give me the runaround on the phone They never respond to my emails. As part of a class action they were paid to the attorneys but they're also saying that they're taking money out of my settlement over half of the settlements. This to me is predatory. I am tired of calling and getting to run around It's always going to be another couple of weeks until my check comes. I just want them to send my money I am disabled and I don't need the hassle of trying to call them repeatedly just to hear the same BS.

In 2017 a class action suit was filed against Postmates for whom I was a delivery driver over the course of a few years. I was identified as a class member by several law firms, including Keller Lenkner LLC- amongst others. My complaint is regarding the absolute deceit and immoral action with regard to the settlement payment received in 2021. I am learning today, in 2022, that my gross settlement was $ *** for which I only received $1,369.37. The remaining amount, $987.71 was "Attorney fees and costs". I am outraged! Postmates broke the law. And now, seemingly, I am paying the attorneys' salaries. This is foul. Seeing as though Postmates lost the case, wouldn't they have paid court and attorney fees? OF COURSE THEY DID! to the tune of $10 Million dollars, PLUS! Per multiple media outlets and court documents. Now, Keller Lenkner LLC is double dipping into the victims' settlement as well?! This is unlawful. Common knowledge, in its basic form, knows that victims do not pay. As a recipient of multiple settlements, I know that the responsible parties cover these types of fees. Was $10 Million not enough? What is happening here is a diversion of tax liability from the law firm to the victims in this class action. This is wrong. This is wrong! Why should I have to pay taxes on monies received by another party?!

I am complaining because this company has been promising me a settlement from Amazon since the beginning on the year or earlier. I have repeatedly been sent a form by email requesting that I choose the form of payment I would like to receive and have filled out everything required and sent the form back and gotten nothing. No response, no money, no email to just keep me informed of what's happening and when the money should be arriving, none of those things. And to add to my doubts about this company being legit when you go to their website it says nothing about the Amazon case or settlement, nothing about how to get in contact with them if you are part of a class action and have questions, and while it does have links to their social media pages not one post mentions the Amazon case or settlement including not one person commenting on it, asking a question about it, etc. From their website and social media pages it appears as though the Amazon case and settlement do not and never have existed. If this is true then people need to be warned to stay far away from this company, ignore any emails they send, and don't get scammed into filling out any personal information. If it's not true then what is taking so long? When will people actually receive their payments and how can I find more information on the case and settlement? Thank you.
