I stayed at the Hyatt Place Ottawa, Ontario on March 17, 2022 and was charged by Priceline and Hyatt Ottawa. I tried numerous times to resolve the matter, but both entities say the other one should not have charged me. And they both refuse to refund me. I contacted Visa and they indicated that the charges are not "recognizable billing errors" because it's not considered an error since both entities believe they should charge me.
