In April of 2021 I took my family to Northstar resort in Lake Tahoe. Everyone had a good time so we decided to buy ski passes for the 2021/22 ski season. Well our house burnt down in the Caldor fire on Aug 13 2021 and we had to move out of state. We never used our passes and are due a refund per their policy. We have gone through all the proper channels are per Vail resorts policy we are indeed due a refund. It clearly spells out that in the case of a natural disaster, like a fire!, we are due a refund. Vail has chosen to simply ignore us, this appears to be a common issue with them. This is predatory and we simply want our money back, we aren't trying to scam them, our house burnt down and we lost everything, and simply want our $1400 back. Evidently Vail isn't in the give money back business.

Desired outcome: A full refund of the money we paid for our unused NorthStar ski passes.
