I made a reservation for one night through BookOnline.com at the Courtyard Marriott Boston Bedford on 3/31 to stay for one night on 4/29. When I needed to cancel my reservation the insanity began. I found the charge on my account and contacted them directly. The charge came over as BookOnline.com with the dollar amount and a conf# 576287, which had nothing to do with my reservation # [protected]. When I contacted them directly [protected] I was placed on hold several time and they kept seeking the email used, the name on the reservation even at one point stating my husband needed to cancel it since it was under his name. They used every scam they could to get out of handling the cancelation, however gave me a cancelation #[protected]. Even asked me to repeat it back to them to be sure I wrote it down correctly. I asked they send me the details, I got an email from [protected]@getaroom.com. (see below) I emailed back stating I want the details of my cancelation and refund of 192.56+. I would dial and get the run around and finally try and contact the hotel directly which proved to be just as much of a nightmare (Shout out to [censored]ty service by Marriott Hotels)!

Desired outcome: REFUND NOWFrom: Customer Care Date: Tue, Apr 26, 2022 at 11:26 AMSubject: R3274345549 - Thank you for contacting Customer Care. It has been our pleasure to assist you today. Kind Regards,Mirasol B.Customer Care
