Westgate Lakes Resort and Spa Orlando - I want a full refund.
I checked in on February 26th 2023 and my room had bed bugs my daughter was bit over 28 times. Pest control came and confirmed the room was positive for bed bugs and they promised to treat are bags and clothes which they did not do! And only want to credit 2 of my 3 nights. Totally unacceptable! We spent a whole day with pest control and arguing with the front desk.
