Viking Expedition Cruises review: Cruise - canadian discovery expedition

I posted this yesterday and it seems to have disappeared so I am reposting. I have talked to 4 people at Viking and I am getting nowhere. We booked the cruise before covid based on information that Viking provided at that time. I quote "Viking offers a variety of excursions, virtually all included in your cruise fare, from RIB sailings and zodiac landings to tranquil kayak outings and underwater submarine dives. Hike through magnificent landscapes and access remote areas, all led by an experienced team of experts skilled in operating in rugged and polar environments. Or try a unique experience with one of our exclusive, limited-capacity optional excursions."

I have pictures of all the pages showing the many excursions that were included however you are now charging for virtually all of the tours. All of the tours were included in our fare and we expect what we contracted for. Now you want us to pay for these tours. This is false advertising.
