CCI Hotel Rezervation review: Over charges a hotel reservation.

Made a reservation for hotel grand cevahir in istambul turkey، tge price was given for 3 nights April 29' May02 for was 209$ . I got a text from my credit card company for charges of 458.82.

I called tge CCI reservation [protected]) at once. The agent apologized، asired the charges would be refunded in full. I hot an email cor cancelation in amount of 93.61$

I called them again for tge difference، this time the manager on the phone ، rude and robatic telling me that is tge charges for cancelation.

Just rubbery in day light.

I got tge same hotel for 209$ from expedia. I have desputed tge charges. I know my citi AAdvantage card will take of this rubbery.
