Global Exchange Vacation Club review: False promises

My wife and I bought a Global Exchange Vacation Club, Powered by RCI in 2018 in San Antonio Texas.

We made a down payment and they started taking monthly deductions soon after.

Some time after we tried to use our points to book a vacation in Jamaica which turned out to be not what they promised as we were unable to get the vacation, so we spent our own money for the vacation and several hundred for some where to stay.

My card was compromised and so I had to change the number, I spoke with an agent and told them exactly how much to take and when to take the payments.

The payments were not done according to my directions and so payments were not been taken.

After some time they called me and complained to the about the payments and that I was unable to use the vacation club to purchase any vacation.

The payments were then stopped and since then they have placed my balance on our credit score.

However the balance has been growing higher and higher every month and it has doubled the amount since then.
