March 4, 2022 - I've received an email from Air Canada confirming that they have already processed our request for a refund. They have refunded it to the Credit Card used by My Trip in purchasing our tickets from them. That same day, I have forwarded the email to My Trip's Customer Support but haven't received any response. I have tried emailing them multiple times at [protected]@mytrip.support and been calling them as well but no one is available to take my calls. Worst, all I got were long distance charges!

My brother who is in Singapore was emailing them as well to no avail. He was able to speak to one of their customer service agents over the phone but they keep on saying that Air Canada declined their request for a refund even if my brother gave them all the information provided by the airline. Up until now, March 16th, I'm still emailing them but haven't received even a single response from My Trip. The email addresses of their Customer Support Supervisor and the Social Media were now both invalid.

Desired outcome: Issue our refund which Air Canada have already returned to them amounting to 785.50 EURO.
