We bought a 10 year contract with Arcadia with the promise of a smooth and seamless service from their end. As long as We follow the policy to book the services We desire at least 2 weeks prior.
Since 19th of March 2022, We are trying to book a dhow cruise package with Arcadia for May 2022 which We are eligible. The reservation team says that they cannot do the booking as all reservations are still closed. Accepted the reason with a follow up question in when can We start booking? Its been 3 weeks and there is no response from Arcadia. The branch personnel from Dubai Festival City named Rashid gave me the contact number of their so called Marketing Manager named Dheeraj. He (Dheeraj) promised that I will receive a call within the next day. It's been 5 days now and no one even bothered to even give me a missed call.
I am now calling Dheeraj, and he is ignoring my calls...
