I applied for a hotel room for the Hilton hotel in Belfast. I made the booking for 23/24 of March and got confirmation for the date of the booking which was 21/22 of March. I tried calling but the phone number did not work. I then emailed them but the email didn’t work. I then called the Hilton and got an answering service in the Philippine’s who were useless and concluded, after 45 minutes, that they couldn’t change the booking!
Desired outcome: Refund and ban this company.Hotelvalues.com
No invoice for their "services"
I booked and paid a hotel in Rome via the site and was charges 400€ more than the hotel. When I asked for an invoice for my accountancy so I don't have an unclaimable cost, I got an answer that they "cannot offer invoice".
