I was scammed by Reservations, CCVI and Getaroom! At the Miami Airpot Hotel they refused to cancel a room 48 hours in advance. My flight changed and I called at I was paying $339 and on Booking.com for $189!!! I wasted 60 minutes on the phone with their agents telling me "no problem"! We'll get a ticket to cancel that reservation and then it was never cancelled. I paid for 2 nights and used 1 night. SAM SCAM SCAM!
