First Class Vacation review: Cruise

In 2019 I booked a cruise for nine of us my daughter who had cancer it was her first cruise eel we were bumped and then than pandemic I have since lost my daughter so she never got her cruise. I have heard nothing from them they have at least ten thousand dollars of my money I want some answers
