My experience at the taco Bell on 92ndst between cactus and shea was the worst I have ever had. When I walked in there the lady at the register was rude. She made no contact to say hi how can I help you, she just kinda stood there. I went ahead with my order and advised that I do not want any cheese on the chalupe that i ordered because my friend is allergic to cheese. I told her several times I didn't want cheese on there. I paid for it and she grap the cash from my hands as I was telling her I had change to give to her but she didn't wait and then when I did get the change, she grap that to and she had to count it out what the correct amount was because she hadn't typed it in which took her awhile to do. She didn't give me a # so I would know what # my food was and I never recieved a reciept. So i figured it would come in the bag. When I finally received my order to go, I checked to make sure everything was there and it was but when I got back to work, there was no reciept in the bag, and when my friend opened her chalupe there was cheese in it and because I was on my lunch hour there was no time for me to go back to work so she was not able to eat it, she just threw it away. The other tacos that were ordered were correct with the stuff on them however they did not tast right...there were a little to soggy on the bottom.

I don't usually complain because I am in customer service for a prescription benefit service so I know how it feels to be yelled at, but this was just very poor service and I think that needs to be correct. I have in he past done the over the phone survey and I always rate it good but this was just horrible.

Friday night/sat morning 10/20-10/21 I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes behind 1 car. I would have left the line but there is no way out. Once I finally recieved my 5$ cravings box it was ice cold. After an 18 hour day I was so exhausted I just ate it cold. It will be a long time before I go back.

Today I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme from Taco Bell. When I took the Crunchwrap out of its wrapper, it had a clump of hair stuck to it. I was disgusted.

The worst taco bell in Miami...
On 9/1/2018 this taco bell was closed @ 9:15p.m only drive thru and the order took a long time people were complaing on orders
They were telling everybody that the reason was not enough workers? Whatever reason that is

Shredded chicken quesadillas had zero chicken in them. 95% sauce, tiny amount of cheese, zero chicken!

I have went to taco bell 3 times within a week and half. I ordered the 5 dollar chalupa box and clearly stated NO BEANS OR AOUR CREAM ON AMY TACOS OR THE BURRITO AS I HAVE A ALLERY TO BOTH ALL 3 TIMES all of my tacos and burrito had sour cream and beans on them. I would like all 3 of my orders to be replaced or a refund.

I ordered at 1:00 and got my food at 1:20. Quesadilla is cut horribly.

Just up date the tables please...they are looking bad amd sticky to the touch good formica top will be good...the hot sauce holder and the fork and stuff coild use and up date display for all the condamemts...the fountain drink machile is ok...needs al little more counter room.

I just stopped by taco on Ryder's lane nj at 8:15 there are 3 ladies work inside still waiting in front of the register for more than 15 minutes they look at me they never provide any service I found that disrespectful and humiliating I left I was decided to buy 4 order 5 dollars each

As a follow up I was instructed by the area coach to revisit the resturant located at 1495 4 th street South in St.Petersburg Fla.

I was greeted by an African American male and he was rude to me I tried looking up the area coaches number to call him with no answer and once again I was force to call the complaint line as the associate were lookin

The store is constantly closed during business hours, see photo attached. This has happened numerous time just this week. Store is always out of food and you can wait in the drive through forever for them to be out of food. Ridiculous!

ALOHA, I Did not receive all of my receipt so I have no code to enter $500 chance to win the cash giveaway. I have 2 receipts from YOSIE the young lady that completed my order at the drive up window but the top portion of receipt is missing. I would like the opportunity to maybe be a winner.

There was a piece of plastic in my Empenada. I had to be in the inside because there was nothing on the outside. I was chewing and noticed something hard so I spit out and found the plastic. I'm feeling really sick now & groused out. Definitely expect a reply. Already sent a message on their website.

On November 15, 2017, my son picked up supper by going through the drive thru. He paid for the food and drove off to bring it home to us.

Receipt Clearly Shows 2 soft tacos were paid for, but NOT RECEIVED!
It's not about the money, it's about explaining to my dementia Mother-in-law why HER order was not in the drive thru bag, when it got home!

Hello I went to Taco Bell here in Bloomington Indiana on my lunch I was in a hurry to get back to work and when I opened up the bag nothing I ordered was right. The receipt shows what I asked but the oorder in the bag was completely wrong. I'm not on to complain about this kinda thing but this is a little ridiculous.

Ordered 2 x 7-layer burritos through drive through and got home with 2 burrito supremes. My kid HATES onions and tomatoes and sour cream. Had to throw them pour and he had no dinner.

I have been a LOYAL CUSTOMER and of my life and I am 53 years old ! You screwed us by taking away the SALSA VERDE in the packets ! THERE IS NOTHING LIKE IT ANYWHERE ! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN TACO BELL AGAIN ! YOU SUCK ! BRING IT BACK !

Really packed employees aren't working fast.
Basic orders are taking longer that usual. Cinammon twists don't have cinammon and they have to pull only cash register person to help with that. They blame it on two workers calling in sick. There are 6 workers working. This location is near college. Taking forever to order and now receive food order.

I thought when a store says they are open at 7am that meant 7 am not at 7:20 or after its everyday i see people going through the drive through and leave they have lost business by not being open ..i guess ill start going to mcdonalds across the street..and the place is always dirty from tge night before...

I went to taco bell in kilgore tx between 6 and 630 pm I got the chicken roll ups 4 pk the girl said that I should try them they were good all I could taste was the corn tortilla they didn't even look like the picture I couldn't even eat them a waste of my money I usually don't have any problems with the food there

The employee was rude and my order was wrong from what I order. I was informed that order was right the other employees was just standing there looking at me in a weird way I just simply asked for my money back the employee told we can make you another order I told them no.

Love watching your employees sitting in the drive thru window at Taco Bell smoking inside the building and blowing the smoke outside the widow. Just what everyone should see an employee with his [censored] hanging out the widow smoking. Where is management when this is happening? This Taco bell is located in Epping, New Hampshire.

Every time we go to taco Bell the food is sloppy and not very good...the food is almost uneditable... it's a waste of money... they are rude and don't care about the food being nasty

Wanted to purchase a Gift Certificate as a Christmas Gift however, the Taco Bell in Flower Bluff in Texas stated they do not have Gift Certificates. I find that hard to believe. Please Advise.

Why is it that Taco Bell advertises the stacker at $1.00, but at the Taco Bell store at
5418 KINGS CENTER WAY
MASON, OH 45040 charges $1.29! Is the stacker $1.00 or not? Which is the correct price? Also the employees are impolite and don't look clean!

My first and last time coming to this taco bell am here at 9:00p.m and it was closed...
Management is so poor here. They don't even let you use the bathroom in certain time. I love taco bell and their prices. But this is ridiculous

One of my favorite items has been removed from the menu. The Naked Chicken Tacos with the shell made of deep fried chicken is a favorite because I am diabetic and those are low in carbs.

Please bring them back. My local Taco Bell is in Fuquay Varina, NC and the Naked Chicken Tacos are no longer available there.

Three times in a row I have received an order incomplete and/or missing items.
I was charged for all items and additions.
Either your staff is very poorly trained or this is your method of increasing profits.
Either way, it is unacceptable and I was charged about $20 or more for
items / add-ons that were not received.

So my girlfriend works at your Taco Bell in lavalette West Virginia and I filled out a application cause they are hiring i was just told by my girlfriend the reason I'm not getting hired is the GM wants to only hire women cause they work better. That's discrmation and a law suit so I'd contact her. I want a interview or a law suit will be filed.
