The service was non existent. I had to order at front, because both kiosks did not work. I was totally ignored despite the fact anyone could see me wanting to place an order. I told someone about the inoperable kiosks, but I was ignored as well.After several minutes of not being acknowledged, I left to eat at Arby's. The service there was great, like the difference between night and day.

Maybe they were ignoring you because of your behavior. It is also possible that they did not see you. Or maybe they were waiting for an adult to order for you.
