My experience at the taco Bell on 92ndst between cactus and shea was the worst I have ever had. When I walked in there the lady at the register was rude. She made no contact to say hi how can I help you, she just kinda stood there. I went ahead with my order and advised that I do not want any cheese on the chalupe that i ordered because my friend is allergic to cheese. I told her several times I didn't want cheese on there. I paid for it and she grap the cash from my hands as I was telling her I had change to give to her but she didn't wait and then when I did get the change, she grap that to and she had to count it out what the correct amount was because she hadn't typed it in which took her awhile to do. She didn't give me a # so I would know what # my food was and I never recieved a reciept. So i figured it would come in the bag. When I finally received my order to go, I checked to make sure everything was there and it was but when I got back to work, there was no reciept in the bag, and when my friend opened her chalupe there was cheese in it and because I was on my lunch hour there was no time for me to go back to work so she was not able to eat it, she just threw it away. The other tacos that were ordered were correct with the stuff on them however they did not tast right...there were a little to soggy on the bottom.

I don't usually complain because I am in customer service for a prescription benefit service so I know how it feels to be yelled at, but this was just very poor service and I think that needs to be correct. I have in he past done the over the phone survey and I always rate it good but this was just horrible.

The store I visited this morning was not open. The business hours was supposed to be 7:00am and it appeared that no one was there the lights were all off.

It's 11 at night I live right down the road from Taco Bell and they wouldn't take my order because I didn't have a car not everyone can afford to buy a car but I know I can afford a burrito y'all need to change the rule cause the people with No Car are hungry too #DontDiscriminateAgainstUnderclassSociety

Paid for 2 chicken taco salads and there was 3 tiny pieces of chicken as if they cut 1 strip in to thirds and sent it out wtf not ok it would be one thing if there wasn't any chicken but to do that and pass it off as what I paid for well [censored] you to the whom ever was working at the taco Bell on s broad Street in Trenton at 12am seriously

Taco bell is supposed to be open by 7 am setting here in drive thru its 726 no order yet
I been setting here for 30 minutes
This is a ongoing issue and it's getting worse

3264 s nellis 89122 store. Ordered through the app. Card went through and everything. Get there and my order isn't there. She says verbatim "I don't use the app so I don't know how that works." Lmao

I ordered for 2 shredded chiken burrito at taco bell 4807 stelton road, southplain field new jersy, 07080 NJ on 07/06/2018 at 6.15pm. Who ever made the burrito are soo reckless that they didnt even add chiken in shredded chiken burito. I was soo hungry and i am totally upset with their behaviour. Please make sure necessary actions against them.

I did not receive the cinnamon twists I ordered today. They were not in my bag to go. I am very upset because I was super excited to eat them when I got home and then I realized I just paid money for something I didn't receive. I also don't get to eat the food I was looking forward to the most.

Waited in drive through for ten minutes...only for the lady to tell me they forgot to add stuff on my order of 12 tacos! They gave me 12 sides of sour cream and sauce! So what exactly was going on the entire wait time?

I purchased 2 orders of the Nocho Fries that are supposed to come with cheese sauce and there was literally a drop of sauce in both containers, enough to only dip 3 fries into! Was very disappointed!

Hello I went to taco bell last night and ordered nacho fries and a gordita crunch with chicken instead of beef (I hate the taste of beef). Somehow the order was $6 and when I got home it was beef and the taco bell was a little too far to drive back to. I am a very broke college student and I am sad that I had to pay $6 for some fries

The restaurant on east Noth was filthy. Every table was covered in food, garbage overflowing hot sauce was empty, and the pop machine had so much pop on the counter it was dripping off. Also the bathroom has no changing station.

The worker was terrible and forgot my order and refused to answer the phone when I attempted to call and overall terrible service and I will not come back to this one. I am very upset on the wait time as well it was over an hour of wait which is ridiculous and should not be neccesary. Overall very bad experience.

The manager is Logan and he did not find that his employees cursing in front of the customer or that the food that you are paying for is not quality disrespectful. It is s daily issue at this location.

Me: *stunned* "No, but 3 people will each be eating one."
Girl at speaker: "Oh..."

Had I not been craving a breakfast crunchwrap all morning, they'd have lost a sale. The more I think about how rude that was.. The more angry I am.

Visited the Taco Bell in Eldersberg on Liberty Road yesterday. Never again! A customer was given the wrong food at the drive thru, he bought it back in to the store and requested his correct order. The MOD took his bag and rehanded it out the correct customer still in the drive window. Never ever should food that left the store be regiven out!

Every single time I go to this Taco Bell it's super slow and I always wait in line for almost an hour and it's never packed. The employees stand there and talk to each other. This Taco Bell is the worst. They are super rude to the customers. They always mess up on the orders. They need better workers.

We went to the Taco Bell #033082 in Plover WI on July 25, 2018. Time on the receipt for placing the order was 6 pm, it took 26 minutes to get our food, the store was not very busy either. We ordered 1 ST NACHOS BOX WITH A MED. DRINK, ONE COMBO #3 AND A 12PK OF CINNABONS. The service was terrible and the employees didn't seem to care.

They said that they are open until 1am. I went to get food at 10:15pm and there was nobody there. The next day I called and they kept answering but kept playing a loud high pitched noise. The third day I went in and asked them, they said that they left early because they had somewhere to be. But if they have something to do, then ask off.

Every week the last 5 weeks I have gone to the Taco Bell around the corner from my house and there is some issue to where this location can not take orders or they are out of food!
It's always the systems down or they are out of all protein ect...

I ordered five chalupas with chipotle sauce after a few bites I realized it did not have chipotle sauce. I went back for them to add the sauce and they drowned them in chipotle sauce and were very annoyed to fix the problem. This happened at Pratt KS Taco Bell

I ordered lunch at the Taco Bell on 4th st in Covington Ky, my nachos was cold, the drive thru person were rude and chicken chalupa were hard and cold and dump in the bags, I'm very piss off at the store. The service made me to never visit the restaurant again, I felt the service could have been much better

Ya tried to just get a drink they heard it planned on not doing the work, left it til you asked, and then acting like oh we just saw it.[censored] i heard you discuss not doing my order its not a big store i orderd it while waiting in store. These [censored] care not for service and should be fired from manager on down and start over. It is sick this is every single time you try to order they even had one person who honestly did not belong in any job almost fighting with customers. Hiring friends and [censored]ing around with customers no way to tell taco bell about this

Why would you come out with something remarkable and then just withdrawal them from everyone! We can't get them anywhere else. You guys have been evil. Give us nacho fries back. This has been pure evil. They couldnt be that hard to keep in stock. Its two ingredients!

I asked for two hard shell chicken tacos and the cashier typed (2 hard shell pendejos) which means ### h0### in spanish...and the person who makes them was laughing...i don't know spanish and i didnt understand what was on receipt at that time...later i translated it and was disgusted at what they were laughing at...here is the proof...i got the receipt..

One employee spilled a drink on my father at the North Brunswick Taco Bell as well as napkins and was not apologetic. This occurred in the drive thrum window of the Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell restaurant is trying to play cop. Last Sunday night my daughter and went through the drive thru ordered, paid for, and pickup our food and drove off. It was slightly after 11 pm. we were on our way home. On heading out of town I noticed headlights fast approaching behind me. It was the state police. He pulled us over and told us Taco Bell called 911 that I ran into the building. He inspected my car but couldn't find any damage and said with being a black car damage is easily seen. He took my info and gave a visual test for drinking and then a breathalyzer test. I passed both easily since I had not drank any alcohol. The cop shook his head at dismay for risking his life at a false emergency call. He let us go. My daughter was scared for being pulled over for nothing and that they would be taking me to jail and leaving her on the side of the road. I never hit the building or drove reckless in the parking lot. I talked to the store manager several days later after getting nowhere on the phone. She said the people working that night thought I was drunk with a kid in the car and was concerned. She said they never said anything about hitting the building and that people are always coming through the drive thru drunk . That may be but I was not drunk or had any alcohol whatsoever and didn't hit the building as blamed. I shouln't have to take the blame for others and mistaken identity. She gave me value meal and my daughter nothing. She probably won't like Taco Bell for a while to come because of this, or maybe never.

The manager threatens his emploees . And he is always grabbings the underage girls b by the shoulders... i dont understand why this has been alowed to continue to happen. Hesan told one girl that if she didnt stay an hour past here schedueled time ahe would only get five hoirs next week. Its not right!

Imagine this for a moment. You are a student. Working a 60 hour a week job to put food on the table and attempt to pay your way through college. Got it in your head yet? Good cause that's me. Every day you look forward to the 89 cent nachos on it after your morning classes. Luscious cheese dripping off of warm chips. Well, in order to get meat on it I have to pay 60 cents extra. I've been alright with it up till today, because lately they've been cheap on the meat and you run out before the chips are eaten. So today while I was ordering them I asked the manager that happened to be operating the register for some extra meat.

She actually had the gaul to charge me twice to put more meat on the nachos. A whopping 1.20 charge that went over and above the original cost of the nachos themselves. And what's more, there wasn't any more meat there! It's just the same little strip of meat I eat every day as per my routine before I go home to study.

I paid her, but on account of hindsight I am considering ending my support of Taco Bell and moving on to Taco Johns. I hear that they treat their customers the way they're supposed to be treated: With respect.

One day, I stopped at Taco Bell for lunch while going to Canada. I ordered a regular taco and when I began eating, I tasted something rotten and bitter. I found out that it was the tomatoes in the taco. They tasted artificial and as if it came out of a garbage. I was very unhappy and do not plan on going there again because of the bad quality of food.

I drove through the drive thru with my boyfriend on a Friday night around 1020pm .We ordered a few things pulled up collected our food. We pulled forward to check to see if we got everything. I discovered we were missing .89 nachos and while none of the tacos were wrapped after trying to move things around to double check the stuff the tacos fell out into the bag. Not happy at this point, how hard is it. So I drove around to go inside to inform them of the missing nachos, not even the fact that things weren't wrapped properly. The dining room was closed had to pull around to the drive thru again. This is where the attitude began. The girl who took the order had no other customers and she didn't even stop stockig the sauces to assist me. The overwweight very rude Manager asked what the problem was. I said my order is short. I didn't recieve my nachos and cheese. She said where's your receipt. I said I didn't get one. She said well what do you want? I said my .89 nachos and cheese. What Nachos and cheese she said. Come on how many .89 nachos and cheese are there. With her rude attitude I decided I was going to mention that the tacos weren't wrapped any everything was at the bottom of the bag. She siad no it looks like you unwrapped it all your self. At this point just give me what I paid for and I'll scrap the rest of everything from the bottom of the bag. No I'm sorry let me get you 2 more tacos that are edible. By the time I got home I had ground meat with a shell nothing else but everything at the bottom of the bag.It costs that much to make a customer happy. THE WORST MANAGER AND SERVICE EVER!

Ordered salad asked 4 no tomato (there was more tomato then lettuce) it seamed like there were so many. Asked 4 extra beans there were no extra, asked 4 red sauce 2 b added none on there and I paid for the extras i stopped in around 8:30 pm got no recite 2 prove it but i can tell you that the drive thru pc went down and all heck was breaking loose i would like a replaced salad as gas is 3. 57 per gal. Door on mens restroom remains unrepaired after numerous complaints to employees. Door not only will no longer latch, it will not even fully close and stands partially open even when occupied! THIS IS THE NINETH WEEK THAT IT HAS BEEN LIKE THIS! Since this has gone on for so long, I plan to contact the Catoosa County Health Dept. to look into this issue. There is no excuse for this for a major U S restaurant chain.
