Shoppers Drug Mart My prescription

Thursday March 5th at approximately 1130am I was denied a prescription refill. the pharmacist had my script but refused to fill my prescription. my doctor accidentally sent a prescription to both recall and shoppers drug mart. I had asked the shoppers drug mart pharmacist to cancel the request with rexall but it was not done. I then received a call from recall stating they spoke with shoppers and that I would have to visit rexall to receive my prescription. I called the 1800 number and was cold transferred back to the shoppers drug mart where I was berated and talked down to. I asked why shoppers refused to cancel the order with rexall and I was told I consented to rexall completing the order. I did consent but this was after I had spoken to shoppers and they failed to cancel with rexall. I had no choice but to visit rexall as I was already 6 hours late in taking my rejection medication due to my kidney transplant. I requested to Speak to the manager of the pharmacy to which the women responded that she was Infact the manager. I asked to receive a call back from her manager but was told there was nothing her manger would be able to do. I then asked to receive a call back from her manager anyway, to which she responded " maybe you should use a different pharmacy in the future." I then stated that I would speak with her manager to discuss a resolution to which she continued to interrupt me and state that "maybe I should use a different pharmacy in the future." I do not know if the call back was scheduled or not as the phone call was then disconnected. I am very concerned regarding the care I have received and the lack of urgency regarding filling my prescriptions and the extreme apathy I received from the pharmacist. It would be great if I could receive a call back ASAP.

Shoppers Drug Mart charge on my bill

My husband & I went to this shoppers location to pick up a few items on March 4, 2020 at 2:30 P.M. Purchased 4 Items. As we were starting towards the exit I was checking my bill and on it was a charge for a plastic bag which we did not ask for and cashier did not ask us if we wanted one. When I went back to the cashier to ask why I was charged for a plastic bag she couldn't respond with an answer and I told her I wanted it refunded. For whatever reason she couldn't figure out how to do a refund and by this time I was ticked off and told her I would be filing a complaint with Shoppers and left the store. I know that it isn't a big refund as it was only 5 cents but if this is being done to customers it can add up to be a substantial amount. I don't feel that I should have been charged for something I didn't ask for and did not get. I am very disappointed with Shoppers as this isn't the first time I have had to file a complaint for a service.

Shoppers Drug Mart Email offer is untrue and misleading

Received an email from Shoppers Drug Mart that read "verify your account now and get 5, 000 PC Optimum points", then further down "all you need is your Provincial Health Card or Drug Benefits Card to complete your online verification". When I clicked the "verify my account" button, it took me through Sign-in and Select Store, then when I pressed continue, it took me to a screen where I needed to enter my prescription number and store number. Since I have not verified my account, I cannot get a prescription number, and without a prescription number, I cannot verify my account. Therefore, I cannot get the 5, 000 PC Optimum points promised, so the information in the email was incorrect. The only solution acceptable to me is to receive the 5.000 PC Optimum points.

Shoppers Drug Mart Google gift card

Below is emails exchanged between myself and your company regarding a $50.00 google gift card that compromized...I contacted Google and they said they couldnt do anything about the card because it was had been redeemed. Since I sent this email requesting contact name from Shopper's Drug Mart I have heard nothing!...

This is not the first time we have had an issue with gift cards purchased through shoppers drug mart. In November 2018 we purchased 6 $100.00 cards for various merchants for clients, ( LCBO, Eastside Marios) Of those 3 had been redeemed in November before we gave them to our clients in late December. That was extremely embrassing to say the least. When I contacted shoppers and emailed them with the necessary information they were able to provided us with new cards for our clients.
I do not understand what is different this time...we did not scratch the back of the card until the middle of January and attempted to use it immediately...the card had already been used by someone else.
It is obvious that Shoppers Drug Mart has an issue with people scanning cards in their stores and waiting for them to be activated. If you are not going to take responsiblity for compremized cards then you need to have signage in your stores stating such.
This is not acceptable. I would appreciate the name and the phone number of someone in management that I can call and I would like it by Wednesday of this week.

Monday, January 2020 - 4:45 PM Was given a buzzer. Buzzer never went off - The pharmacist didn't let anyone know they completed the order and threw it in a basket. 20 minutes later I asked where my medication was and low and behold it was done!
