I have to call back because it's Sunday morning and the department for handling this is not in. These caps are $16.78 per cap. Iam a physicain

I attached an ultrasound report documenting I have an endometrial polyp 2.5cm
I attached my physicians report documenting:
Recurrent bleeding
Endometrial polyp
Need for biopsy

Received a rejection asking for a report from my physician that iam single/suffering from bleeding and he wants to check by an biopsy if she has thickness in endometrium. Which is already clearly staed

Non professional reply/non professional whoever assessing my case because I can't say they are physicians

I've been taking Spriva for several years for COPD prescribed by VA. In the last year or so, about 10% of the caplets inhaled have nothing inside. I advised my doctor's nurse about this. He asked why they would do that (jeopardize government contract). I replyed for profit, of course.
