They pre-make their chicken sandwiches so it's stale and the bun and meat is hard. The sandwiches are pre- maid so you can ask to cut the sauce or pickles witch makes the sandwiches soggy on top of them being stale. What if someone is allergic to pickles and have a bad reaction. The service is bad and they are really rude when you ask for no pickles. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen

Popeyes undercooked chicken strips and slow

First I had to wait over 20 minutes for my food and when I did get it one of the strips was not done. I just threw it in the trash can and left. But about 10 minutes after I left I got sick on my stomach from eating the food. I ordered the surf & turf and a 3 piece meal. They need to make sure that the food is done before serving it to people. This occurred on February 29, 2020 and this is a new restaurant in Bainbridge.

Popeyes drive thru time

We arrived at the drive thru with 5 cars in front of us and waited 10 minuted to even begin ordering. After ordering we still waited another 15 minutes to arrive at the paying window and receive our food. This is ridiculous, people have places to be and we cannot be waiting 30 minutes for something that should take 10!!! Popeyes chicken sandwich

I called Popeyes 2 hours before I went there to see if they had chicken sandwiches left, and waited in line for 2 hours waiting on a chicken sandwich, just to get up to the window, just to hear that they were out of them. Lady on the phone said that, as long as I made it before 6pm. What a waste of time, and bad customer service for not letting people in the line know that they were out of them.
