Two weeks ago purchased a 10 piece spicy with two large sides. Paid an up charge to change 2 thighs for breasts. Not only did they not change the thighs for breasts, but they only gave me 7 pieces instead of 10.

Returned on 2/22/20, ordered the 10 piece spicy with two large sides and again paid the up-charge to change the 2 thighs for breasts. Arrived to the house and they only had changed one thigh even though paid for 2 and was missing one of the large sides. Tried calling multiple times with no avail. It is so disappointing to continue to have issues with my orders and no one seems to care.
