Popeyes

My wife and I love Popeyes chicken. We normally get the 12 Family Meal. My wife loves the mashed potatoes, unfortunately, too instant tasting for me. I love the fries. However, one thing we do agree on. We both hate the biscuits. The biscuits are disgusting. You should not be able to taste the shortening when eating the biscuits. What angers me most, is that I am forced to take them as part of the meal deal. No substitutions are allowed. Or, I could still pay for the meal deal and just leave the biscuits behind. So I am paying for something I cannot eat. I have a suggestion and I speak as someone, who while I was able to work, worked in a restaurant which included making biscuits and cornbread. Guess what? The biscuits were not disgusting and were actually edible. Would Popeyes consider an amendment to their biscuit recipe and providing a better product?
