classic chicken sandwich quality silpping fast. I was there 2/10/20 lunch time and 2/9/20 lunch time I have been a sustomer in the Rocky Mount location since recent grand opening. Have purchased the 3 piece meal several times and have not had any complaints until today. This eve ordered two 3 piece dinners, one all white and one regular. Got the dinners home and they were both standard meals. The chicken was absolutely tiny and was not done. Very disappointing and was not willing to make a 20 minute drive back to the restaurant to get the issue resolved.

drive thru time
We arrived at the drive thru with 5 cars in front of us and waited 10 minuted to even begin ordering. After ordering we still waited another 15 minutes to arrive at the paying window and receive our food. This is ridiculous, people have places to be and we cannot be waiting 30 minutes for something that should take 10!!! I called Popeyes 2 hours before I went there to see if they had chicken sandwiches left, and waited in line for 2 hours waiting on a chicken sandwich, just to get up to the window, just to hear that they were out of them. Lady on the phone said that, as long as I made it before 6pm. What a waste of time, and bad customer service for not letting people in the line know that they were out of them.

I had placed the order on Sep 30 and the order was not approved but they charged my credit card already, after an hour when I did not get any order confirmation, I requested a cancellation and they said they would refund it back to my card for which it been over a month and I have not received my money back.
I contacted the support and there was absolutely NO HELP.
All they did was left the conversation and said, we have already refunded the money.
Very bad service and I will never ever order from this app and will make sure people know who bad the service is and the company is not even capable of helping.
