The service was unacceptable with the team member seemingly unaware of her job. Was not polite, was not accurate in my items purchased. Why must a person check to see if what you've paid for they got. Called the numbers on the receipt for resolution with no response. Called corporate office with no response which I was advised that the call was recorded so there should be a record. Maybe the fanchisees is making enough money so they can allow customers to choose another businesses to spend their hard earned cash.

The food I ordered was way too salty and very hard and dry! I ordered by way of delivery and was very disappointed with the food and prices of food. I would have did better going somewhere else! I would not recommend this place to no one else! Other times when I ordered from inside the food was made very hot and delicious. Also biscuits were very hard, like it has been sitting out for a couple of hours. I ordered SWEET TEA and was delivered UNSWEETENED TEA!
