Popeyes drive thru time

We arrived at the drive thru with 5 cars in front of us and waited 10 minuted to even begin ordering. After ordering we still waited another 15 minutes to arrive at the paying window and receive our food. This is ridiculous, people have places to be and we cannot be waiting 30 minutes for something that should take 10!!! I called Popeyes 2 hours before I went there to see if they had chicken sandwiches left, and waited in line for 2 hours waiting on a chicken sandwich, just to get up to the window, just to hear that they were out of them.
