Dear PlayerAuctions Support,

My account (username: Bilikk) was recently suspended without any clear reason or prior warning. I am very concerned, as I currently have over $600 in my account, which is now inaccessible.

This platform is extremely important to me, as I rely on it to help pay my bills and cover essential expenses. I kindly request a detailed explanation for the suspension and assistance in restoring access to my account and funds as soon as possible.

I am willing to do anything necessary to prove my identity and resolve this issue. Please let me know what steps I need to take.

I'm sorry but your account may not be reopened anymore. We found offenses with your trading activity and while this is a difficult decision, it was done to prevent buyers from being affected further.

You already have an open ticket with us and you may inquire about your balance in the ticket.

I fully understand the seriousness of the situation and I truly apologize if any of my actions were viewed as being against PlayerAuctions' rules. I want to assure you that I had no intention of violating any policies, and I deeply regret any issues that may have occurred.

PlayerAuctions is very important to me, not only as a platform but as a source of income that helps support my daily life. I respectfully ask for one final chance to have my account (Bilikk) reopened, even if it must be placed under strict review or limitations for a period of time.

I am fully committed to following all the rules moving forward and am open to any conditions you may set. Please consider this as a sincere request to make things right.

Thank you for letting us know, but as we've mentioned, offenses were committed — we follow policies so there is order in our marketplace. It is our prerogative to permanently close accounts if there were harmful or non-compliant activities done with the account.

I fully understand that policies are in place to keep the marketplace fair and secure, and I deeply regret that my actions were viewed as harmful or non-compliant. I take full responsibility and I sincerely apologize for any mistake or misunderstanding that may have occurred.

With all due respect, I am begging for one last chance to prove that I can be a responsible and rule-abiding user. This platform means a lot to me and is a major part of how I support myself and my family.
