My PlayerAuctions account was permanently suspended without prior warning due to what they called “fabricated feedback.” This was my first and only issue on the platform — I had no previous problems or violations.
I tried many times to explain that the issue was unintentional and ask for a first and last chance to continue working on the site. I even offered to accept strict monitoring or a temporary suspension. They refused all appeals.
Now, I’m not even allowed to withdraw my earnings. They said I must wait 180 days to get my money, which is extremely unfair considering I’ve been left with no income and no warning. Other users in similar situations were allowed to withdraw their funds earlier — but I’ve been ignored completely.
This is unacceptable. I’m asking only to withdraw my rightful money — nothing more. I was loyal to the platform, and now I feel completely mistreated. Be very careful if you’re thinking of working with PlayerAuctions. Their policies are unfair, and they don't treat their users equally.

I created my first ever playerauctions account and as soon as I finished and created the account it got suspended. It said it was because of my cloudflare account. I had up until recently placed numerous orders that went through without issue; I was then suddenly asked to verify my CC details and provide a photo of my passport for this process.
This happened to me also on my old account, was fine and I had placed numerous orders using the same card but was then asked to verify each order thereafter.
There was a long back and forth and the CSR I spoke to eventually told me that my card details had been blocked on your system and there was nothing they could do about it.
I have had to close my account again as this entire process of continually having to verify myself after each order became tedious, now as with my old account my address and payment details had and have not changed.
You may also want to make your staff aware that at least in the UK, new issue bank cards do not have any details printed on the front as a security measure, so it becomes ridiculous when asked to send photo's of the front of my card which is blank!
I understand that occasionally verification may be needed/warranted; but for an account where the details and card info has not changed; to have to continually be asked to go through a verification process for each and every order borders on the ridiculous.

Im a seller for 1.5 years and increased my sales in the past months. 2 days ago, 22.11.2023 morning i was listing my products and my account is suddenly suspended. I double checked your policies before and when i read it here again, there has been no mistake done by my side. Only explanation i had is that i tried custome order special request accounts for the first time that morning and your system/staff may be dont allow this type of product for the sellers.
I have been talking to staff which takes a lot of time for them to reply my messages even when i provide the necessary information to them. Playerauctions teams scammed me
I got scammed by buyer
I provided credentials to the playerauctions team and they asked me to assist the buyer to do ownership transfer
I helped the buyer and transferred my account ownership.
Later that buyer blocked me, I informed the playerauctions team and I got the reply that we have cancelled the order and refund the money to buyer
Playerauctions team never mailed the reason for cancelling the account and never asked me to revoke ownership before initiating the refund
I have lost my two accounts today( $1100USD) with the same buyer and I am attaching the emails of both account

Unable to register in playerauctions?

I was trying to Register in Playerauction for over 2 weeks and I get the Same problem every time I type all my data and when I reach to the point where I put my phone number and then send the PIN Code it doesn't send I tried with all solutions that PL post on site doesn't work at and put different phone number and it's still the same I even contacted PL customer support they said this (Please note that this is a known issue and we also understand that without the PIN code you will not be able to create/verify your account.
Rest assured that our technical team is already looking for new SMS provider/s that can be integrated on our system to help send PIN on your current location. However, for the meantime, since the PIN is currently unavailable for you to receive, we ask for your further patience and understanding. Refund money
on 28 August 2023, i purchase an account from their website
and then the first transaction is being cancel by them but money on my bank already deducted.
After that i send email to their customer service, and got a reply saying the money gona be back 1-5 days.
then on 31 August 2023, the money is in my bank account, but after 1 min
its being deducted again by their website(PlayerAuctions).
then i proceed sending email back with attachment proof. but they immedietly reply saying the money already being refund and close the case.
they DOES NOT CHECK THE ATTACHMENT I PROVIDE

Cloudflare block
I've been a user of PA since 2017. I've never had any issues accessing the website nor using it, and my account is in good standing. Over the past two or so weeks, I've been using the site daily with no issue. However, since yesterday, it seems that I cannot access the site at all.
Cloudflare's WAF (Web Application Firewall) is blocking my access every time. I've tried using multiple devices, clearing my cache, and changing my IP (my IP is dynamic,) but to no avail. I've had a few friends where I live try accessing the site as well, and it's blocked for them too. It seems like it's a country-wide block. I live in Egypt.
As I've mentioned earlier, this wasn't an issue at all before yesterday. I've been using the website daily for weeks. I currently have money on my PA account that's waiting to be disbursed, and I'd like to be able to access the site again.

I made store on playerauction everything was going Great after I done 39 Sales with no issues at all even without single one negative feedback my Ratings are 100% Positive Feedback & 0.00% Negative feedback so the problem is a Buyer bought account from me which cost 42.99$ and he asked for Refund saying this ( I am willing to return the account I misread the information )and started Dispute no problem but later on when I was willing to give him Refund I got Surprised that he changed account Data to his own and I no longer have access to the account anymore I got even surprised more when playerauction closed the Dispute without even let me answer to what I have to say after it gave me 80 hour to Reply now Playerauction Refunded him and give him 42.99$ and the account as birthday present he have Both I can't believe it anymore I'm Going Crazy Please look it up and I'm sure of your Right Judgment.
Desired outcome: after he changed the Data and link it to his own I must stay 12 month to change the Data that's impossible so the only outcome is to give me my 42.99$ and block this user His [protected]% Scammer But give me my money Back it's my Right!!
