My PlayerAuctions account was permanently suspended without prior warning due to what they called “fabricated feedback.” This was my first and only issue on the platform — I had no previous problems or violations.

I tried many times to explain that the issue was unintentional and ask for a first and last chance to continue working on the site. I even offered to accept strict monitoring or a temporary suspension. They refused all appeals.

Now, I’m not even allowed to withdraw my earnings. They said I must wait 180 days to get my money, which is extremely unfair considering I’ve been left with no income and no warning. Other users in similar situations were allowed to withdraw their funds earlier — but I’ve been ignored completely.

This is unacceptable. I’m asking only to withdraw my rightful money — nothing more. I was loyal to the platform, and now I feel completely mistreated. Be very careful if you’re thinking of working with PlayerAuctions. Their policies are unfair, and they don't treat their users equally.

You were banned on the site for fabricating fake feedback on your profile and this is considered a severe offense; your account is permanently banned and it will not be reinstated. This is a deliberate action and it's not intentional.

You were duly informed several times that your disbursements are on hold and will be processed at a later time. You were not "ignored completely".

What's unacceptable is fabricating deceptive feedback and mistreating potential buyers with it. We urge users on the site to be very careful as well not to fall into this kind of demeanor as it will lead to a permanent ban.

However, I will say this clearly: your platform's actions are unfair and inconsistent.

You claim all users are treated equally, but I have undeniable proof that another user had their account temporarily reopened *after the same type of offense*, just to withdraw their funds early. Why was this allowed for him but denied to me? This is not speculation; this is fact.

You also keep stating that I "intended" to fabricate feedback, while never acknowledging that I never received a warning or a chance to correct it — not even once. It was my first and only violation.

I am no longer asking to reinstate the account. I am demanding what is rightfully mine — my earnings — to be released now. I've been left without income since the ban, and this money is the result of real work with real buyers, who were all satisfied.

If PlayerAuctions insists on ignoring this double standard, then I will continue to raise this issue publicly, including with consumer protection agencies, review platforms, and media forums.

This is not over until fairness is applied equally.

You have already done that, anyway. I'm afraid threats won't alleviate the offenses you've committed on the site.

We found concrete evidence to have used a fake account to fabricate feedback on your profile to make it look like you have additional stellar reviews. Please don't forgot that you not only faked the feedback, but also the orders that happened. This fake account reviewer was used by another user, who can be surmised as the same person as you.

We've continued to entertain your messages despite noticing the odd, coincidental timing and similarity of writings out of respect. We have not bothered to call you out on this but it's clear you are abusing this leeway from the team. Even on Reddit where you replied, you used a duplicate account that was advertising offers of your other account — we're not even sure if you simply forgot about it or you just don't care being found out anymore.

Asking for a "warning" before being banned for writing fake feedback is unacceptable. You are asking the opportunity to continue doing this deception to people for the sake of padding your profile with fake positive feedback, and would only stop once you are "warned". This is highly unethical, abusive, and unfair.

You have blatantly masqueraded as different persons not only to PlayerAuctions but its community of users.

Your funds are on hold for the security of the orders and their users, and will be processed after the said time.

At this point, we surmise you are trying to find fault with the system to force your disbursements, but there isn't any, as suspensions are handled on a case-to-case basis, and yours is severe in a mounting fashion of repeated acts.

Thank you for your response.

While I respect your decision, I must address one point that has been completely ignored: another user (mta703) who had the exact same violation as me was given the opportunity to withdraw his funds early. His account was reopened temporarily by your support team so he could complete the withdrawal — and this happened after he escalated his case publicly on Reddit.

This is not an assumption — this is a fact I can prove with screenshots and public records.

If your policy says everyone is treated equally, then why was an exception made for one person but not me? I am not asking for special treatment — I am asking for equal treatment.

Again, I am not requesting account reinstatement anymore. I’m only asking for the right to access my money now, not after 180 days. I have waited over a month already without work and with no income, and I’m simply trying to recover what I earned honestly.

You keep repeating that what I did is a “severe offense” that makes me ineligible for early disbursement.

But I have one simple question:
Why was user mta703 allowed to temporarily access their suspended account and withdraw their funds immediately — even though their case involved the same issue?

I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for equal treatment.

You cannot claim to have strict policies, and then make private exceptions for others while denying the same to me.

I don’t care anymore about account reinstatement — I just want my money now. I've been waiting for over a month without income, and I know for a fact that mta703 was allowed to get his funds before 180 days. That’s not rumor — it’s documented.

Stop hiding behind “case-by-case” excuses. If one person got their balance, I deserve the same.

I’m no longer asking to reinstate my account. All I want is my money. I’ve contacted support multiple times, tried to explain everything clearly, and waited for over a month — only to be told the same thing over and over again: wait 180 days.

Meanwhile, users with the exact same issue have had their accounts temporarily reopened to withdraw their funds (e.g., user mta703), yet when I ask for the same, I get silence or denial.

This is not about rules — this is selective enforcement. My account had no history of violations until one issue that I still believe was misunderstood. I never received a warning. Now I’m punished with a 6-month hold and treated like a criminal.
