I’m writing this review because my seller account was suddenly suspended without any prior warning or clear explanation. I was a Level 2 seller with good sales, and I didn’t have any issues or disputes with customers.

My username is novaGG, and I currently have over $1,500 in the account. I opened a support ticket, but I only received a response saying the decision is “final” due to risk/compliance—without providing any specific reason, what was flagged, or what I can do to fix it.

I fully understand platforms need security and compliance, but a permanent ban with no actionable details is extremely frustrating—especially when funds are involved. I’m willing to complete any verification required (ID, proof of address, payment verification) and I’m also willing to continue selling under monitoring or temporary limits.

I hope PlayerAuctions can review my case again, provide a clear reason, and help resolve this fairly so I can continue selling.

But I swear I didn’t do anything and I have 51order and all positive review accounts and top up please help me about this situation sir I need to be big seller and my work legit with no any problem so can you explain me and give me the strong reason why playeraction support suspended me and ignore me in the ticket I am really need why I am lvl 2 and have 4 orders accounts sell for Fortnite and 30 order sold do top up Fortnite and the rest for Pokémon and all I have positive reviews sir and all satisfied you can check all this cases and situation please help me about that I already did sales more than 1000$ and no one got any problem from me please see again in my situation and if you need documentation and proofs and anything I can provide this and you can unsuspese my account and freeze my funds until you trust me like freeze it for 30-90 days in case you will suspense my account I really appreciate this and appreciate your help thx
