McDonald's every thing

I went to McDonalds. Ordered fries. Pay. And when they hand me the fries. 10 of them fall (drive through). Then I asked for ketchup, and she give me an attitude, "you didn't order any". Like come on I ordered fries, through the drive through, does it look like if I have ketchup in my car. I also ordered a Milkshake, and I'm assuming it was armpit hair, but there were like 6 or 5 curly hairs in my drink. Also the lady serving technically threw everything at us. This occurred on Tuesday- August 21- 2018, McDonalds in Glyndon, Baltimore Maryland, Owing's mills, 21117

McDonald's the mcdonald's app and staff who handled my complaint. both in store and by phone.

My card was charged twice on two separate days for the same order and I was treated very badly. All I recieved was attitude. Because of this I have no hotel room to stay in and have had to resort to sleeping on a city train. That card had my damage deposit on it. And they could care less. I couldn't even get an explanation as to why my order wasn't closed the first time I paid.

McDonald's flirting with employees

To whom maybe concerned I visited the McDonald's on nichlousville Rd time to time I've noticed the general manager flirting with employees and talking terrible to the employees it's not right at all the store needs to be looked into the worse McDonald's I've ever been and seen ive heard no raises there. what kind of store is this you all know better to mistreat employees like that have respect for them please

McDonald's service

I am quite upset. I have a 2 year old child and I often get him happy meals when we are out and about and he is hungry. I went to a drive thru and when I asked for the extra fries instead of yogurt or apple slices I was told I could not have this as my option. I asked why, and the worker told me because they are not allowed. My son does not like the yogurt and he is too young for apple slices. I have never been told this and was quite upset. Since I was on the drive thru line I asked to speak to a manager. The manager came on through the speaker and I told her my situation. She told me that due to nutritional guidelines she is unable to give me the extra fries but will allow me to do so this one time.
I am quite upset at McDonald's and the managers that work in this location. Her name was Libby and it was the Central Islip location in Long Island New York. I typically do not go to this one, however I was in the area.
I do not feel that it was appropriate for the worker and especially the manager to tell me how nutritional I should be feeding my child. I am a paying customer and should be treated with respect and not judged when I am ordering food. Also, I shouldn't be told that I am not allowed to order something for my child.
I am hoping to hear back from somebody regarding this matter because I am quite upset over this and I do not feel that it is right to speak to somebody like this. I hope the workers and managers in the location are presented with this and do not do this to others. No managers should speak to customers like that. They are supposed to be able to have exceptional customer service experience and this person should be spoken to directly.

McDonald's bad service

We waited 20 minutes for our meal. and in the end they gave us our order wrong. They forgot our cheese burger and apple pie. I've worked at McDonald's for 10 years and we've never made ANYONE wait that long. I'm very disappointed with this terrible service. The only thing we got from all of this is i lost my time and my money and my son without dinner. We live 20 minutes from there. You need to train your employees better. Because the first time she told us to move ahead said our nuggets would be ready in 3 minutes. After 20 minutes she went and told us that the big mac wasn't ready! We didn't even order a big mac! And when her manager came to the window she didnt even apologize. Next time I'll think more then twice before going.

McDonald's two quarter pounders!!

I live 10 miles from the McDonalds in Oteen, NC and by the time we got home and noticed our two quarter pounders with cheese were literally RAW inside all the way to the edge. I had taken my first couple of bites before realizing this. This is disconcerting. The Buncombe County Health Department should be made aware of this. I haven't purchased a McDonalds hamburger in at least a year. Perhaps they cook them rare these days. Not sure. Can't complain on McDVoice as that's apparently a scam. Only some consumer company wanting our personal information. Why does McDonalds give receipts with that website www.mcdvoice for consumer voice when they really don't want opinions.

McDonald's food

This is the 2nd complaint to you about your McDonald's Store on hwy 72 in loudon, tn 37774, store # 23178
It obviously doesn't do much good to file a complaint!
11:30 am i ordered filet fish meal lite on tarter sauce, the filet was hanging over the side of bun and blob of sauce on both sides of bun.. Almost as if it was purposely done because I ask for special order. This is not the first time. The fries were like stale. Theres no need to send me free coupons because that won't fix the ongoing problem in that store! I dont think anything will.. they are paid to serve the customers. It's really gotten out of hand

McDonald's employee restrictions

The mcdonalds on U.S state route 50 on west eads parkway in Lawrenceburg, Indiana has been working employee that are of age 16 illegally until 12 o clock and sometimes one o clock at night, my girlfriend is one of these people and i dont feel okay with this happening and want it to be talen care of, they also work minors and have them clean fryers which your only allowed to be eightteen to do that.

McDonald's service

I had ordered a ice mocha two ice coffees and a hot coffee at 10 at night. I stood at the counter for 25 minutes I then asked the manager on where my drinks were she said I'm making them walked away and didn't start making them for another 5 minutes I was inside for 40 minutes waiting for only 4 drinks. The customer service was not good. And they were extremely slow to be have 4 people working up front.

McDonald's unethical behaviour

This is the first time I have ever complained but as we do like your ice cream and other of your items we won't stop again. My daughter and I were out shopping on 8/17/18. We decided we wanted an ice cream from McDonald's and pulled in to drive through to place our order which was a caramel Sunday with nuts and a small cone. The girl had on the screen it was a caramel Sunday with fudge and we told her that the order was wrong. We tried several times to correct her to no avail. She told us to pull to the first window and we did and told her what we wanted and she copped an attitude and kept telling me that we ordered fudge and we politely informed that we did not and still trying to get our order right and she kelp telling us the we ordered fudge, and in essence still calling me a liar about 4 times and was very rude. When we pulled to the second window I asked for the manager and explained to the manager (Heather) and was treated with the same attitude as the girl in the first window. When she fixed our order, the Sunday had spillage all over the side of the cup and had to ask 3 times for napkins to clean it up. Then the cone was all over the place and I had just got pulled over and stopped before the ice cream dropped off.

McDonald's job application

I applied at Mcdonalds the second to last week of July, I applied twice, once online and once on paper. I didn't hear anything till August 4, saying i had to set up an interview. the interview was set up on August 5th. I went to the interview, got my work permit filled out, the hours i could work. It is now August 24th, i still haven't heard anything from them. Iv'e called them about 4-5 times since the interview. every time I call the hiring manager isn't there. I'd like to have this job.

McDonald's food

I use the drive up window it was about 7pm and not busy .. I place my order
10 Mcnuggets meal with 2 BBQ sauce and a smoothie
1 qr pounder cheese ONLY ketchup and no salt on French Fries

then they made me go and wait for it in the space mark 1
so in about 5 min they come out with my food... I didnt mind that part Because I did have special request
But when i got home my French Fries were very brown over cook and I could not even eat them ...So they went to the garbage and then to find out that I was missing my 2 BBQ SAUCE for the nuggets the kids would not eat it with out the sauce so they when into the garbage ..this is not the first time this happen . i know I should of check but ...you would think that after waiting they should get your order right ... and it was on my receipt... I guess next time I will just go to wendys... Just though I would tell you ... I think the person that puts the order together cant read ... And It not Cheap throwing $20.00 in the Garbage... my e-mail [protected]@ aol.com

McDonald's customer complaint, ain diab restaurant, casablanca, morocco

Dear McDonald's,

As a neighbor of McDonald's La Corniche Bd, Casablanca, Morocco, I'd like to express my total confusion about the current condition of the building. In fact, we are very surprised about the laborious state of the interior as well as the exterior of the building. As you can see in the pictures, this has nothing to compare about the quality of McDonald's facilities we've knew before. The pictures are better than any description.
Today, I went there with my family but couldn't even eat. Honestly, when I saw that, I couldn't trust what is served out from that Kitchen. So we moved to an other restaurant but decided to write to McDonald's, rather than post that pictures on social media.

We hope that it isn't going to be McDonald's new standards and that this building will be rehabilited ASAP.

McDonald's general manager

Too whom maybe concerned I'm a regular customer that vistits McDonald's on nichlousville Rd regularly. Last month I've noticed a general manager up there threatening employees for there job that's not right at all very un professional. Some employees in tears some are pissed off he needs to be gone I would never have my kids work for him or that store thanks

This is worst store I've ever went too! He yells at them disrespectful [censored] hell I would walk out too I hope the whole store walks out it's not rite and fair to customers seeing that I'ma keep watching the store and listening.

McDonald's manager lunch 8/21/18

Went to McDonalds drive thru for lunch, I took lunch all the way home got there and was missing my fish sandwiches. Drove all the way back to the store told the Manager (female) did not get her name. I told her what happen and she said she personally bagged that order and nothing was missing, I said there was fish sandwiches missing and I would not have drove all the way back to the store if I would have gotten what I ordered. So about 7 to 10 minutes later I ask her about what is taking so long, she said they are reviewing it on camera. A few minutes later she said your order will be ready shortly. She finally brings my sandwiches and just says sorry real snotty. Very disappointed, in the managers attitude like I was trying to steal from them, and also her snotty attitude when she had to give me the food she didnt put in the bag like she said she did. There are allot of places to eat but this McDonalds has really improved in the last few months and it was actually nice to eat there which I say is about three times a week. I dont know if I would go back in there if that manager is still working I might just turn around and leave and go to the Hardee's across the street.

McDonald's wrongly charged

Hi I am writing this to bring into notice that on 8th aug 2018, I went to McDonalds at 84 boulevard de Magenta 75010 Paris, using the electronic machine I tried to order my food twice with charges 18.35eur from card 9224 and 20.25eur from card 9216. In both the cases the order was not placed due to some technical issue.
I reached to the staff there and they told me that there's some issue with the machine and I will have to place an order manually. However I later saw that my both my cards have been debuted and the above charges are still on hold on my card however it should be released by McDonalds for refunds back to my cards.
Please urgently look into this as we have already passed 2 weeks.
If you can share an email I'd i would line to share the statement with you

McDonald's customer service

We waited half hour to get our meal. Then got yold we would have to wait an extra 8 mins for no salt on our sandwhich. After we had ordered it. And we requested a packet of mustard and the worker shook her head no and smiled. After which took 10 minutes to get someone else to find it. Our service was terrible and we are never going back to McDonald's.

I live in N.J. . My wife and I went for two quarter pounders and one large fry. Cost $ 17.51. and no drinks.
Seriously, how do families with multiple children do it. Sorry you're just not that upscale to charge those prices.

McDonald's no one ever answers the speaker

I come to your McDonald's on Mendenhall and Winchester and the location on Hickory Hill and Winchester in Memphis Tn every other night around 2 and 4 a.m. they never answer the speaker or they say their system is down I could have swore McDonald's was 24 hours and this is very bad for business I'm very disappointed for business that make much money as they do

McDonald's waiting 25 minutes for a medium iced coffee

I ordered one large and one medium Caramel Iced Coffee at 12:59 p.m on 8/19/2018. I had gone through the drive thru. They asked me to pull into a reserved parking space. I waited 25 minutes before I went in to ask when I would get my Iced Coffees. Four cars behind me were also waiting in parking spaces for their orders. We were at that same McDonalds the day before and I ordered a large Sugar free French Vanilla iced coffee...I had a bit of a wait that day also and they forgot to put the flavoring in my coffee. What I ended up getting was an iced coffee with plain creamer. I noticed both times that there didn't seem to be any adults working. All I saw were teenagers. Who leaves a business in the hands of teenagers without adult supervision? I love this McDonalds because they are usually very quick and efficient. But that is during the week when it has mostly adult staff working.

McDonald's the whole experience today

I am so upset right now. I just had the worse experience I have ever had and I am 45 years old. I waited 41 min in a drive thru for my food, when I got to the window they asked me to pull up so I did. 16 minutes later I am still waiting for my 10$ order while 8 cars behind me were served. I went in and waited 5 minutes and about 4 employees including the manager walked by me sever times and never even spoke to me. I went back to my car and 4 more min later a lady brought my food and said here. I told her how unexceptable this was and all she said with an attitude was we r short staffed never apologized or anything and then just walked away from me. Then half of my order was missing so I yelled out the window to her and she said with an attitude what did u have. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I am a restaurant manager and I don't complain because I understand [censored] happens but in my 37 years in the industry I have never treated a paying customer the way this lady treated me. I go to this McDonald's probably twice a week, and will never in my life go back. She wouldn't give me her name but I felt like this needs to be addressed. She should never be allowed to treat people the way she did. I am still so furious and on top of it my daughter in the car was starving and she didn't care and she didn't care about the way she talked to me in front of her either. I would appreciate a response from someone please. Thank you

I noticed this evening (19/12/18) that McDonalds Burwood Victoria have NO Christmas decorations in store what so ever ! No not a thing to feel festive at all ... NOTHING. I asked the manager why not & he’d obviously been repeating the same answer throughout the day to disappointed customers and he looked as though he was ‘over’ the whole thing already!
I find this really sad & in fact when I invest my brain fully into the reason behind the lack of joy and that reason being purely due to, as quoted tonight by Burwood Manager (11.30pm) the ‘new owner’ was ‘not that into the whole thing’ ... I asked if religion was a factor but the employee was not going to reveal the answer to that question!
WOW, like excuse me but last time I visited a McDonalds store it was a happy atmosphere with Ronald, The Hanburgler & Grimace & functioned catering first & foremost for children ! Right ? Well to add to the dismal Atmosphere of the Burwood store, there is no children’s playground either ! Shame on this store! The owner should be stripped of his franchise due to his own personal issues interfering with the rules & responsibility’s of being a civilised human being in Australia... !

You maybe 45 year old but you were acting like a child. Why are you taking your anger out on the poor lady. She does not do the scheduling. Grow up. You claim to be 45 but you act like you are 6. How would you like it if someone got angry at you for something that you had no control over? I hope that happens to you. I hope you get rude customer like yourself in your restaurant. Also no one is required to give you their name you perv. Maybe if you treated her with kindness you would get it in return. Mommy needs to give you a good whooping little girl and teach you manners. I hope you get rude customers like yourself.

I was able to see an news piece about Capers Company providing schooling non English speaking individuals-- great.
It is a real boon to them that some one will take an interest in them, to help them improve their lives, and contribute to our society in a positive, and productive way.

The next deal is to take a cretin race of individuals, and give them schooling in diction, and enunciation, in place of mush mouth, and ghetto speak. I have been to some stores where I was unable to understand what was being said, and was accused of being recast and have them get very argumentative, and combative (it is the females that are the worst about getting nasty ) when I have asked them to speak English. Consequently I no longer visit these stores, but will go some where else
