My special needs child choked on a bone that was in the sandwich we were able to clear his mouth of anything. However since he is non-verbal he is unable to tell us if something is wrong. As of today he seems fine, I just thought I should inform someone to better inspect your food before giving it out. The incident happened at our home and we got the sandwich from a store on 28th street 1800 Boulder CO. Purchased the bagel at 7:10 store 109. the amount was $9.48 Also the drive thru employee never put a receipt in our bag

Claimed loss: None as of today. We do have a dental appt for my son on 07/28/2025 and at that time we will know if anything is wrong.
