McDonald's – Spicy chicken sandwhich

I placed a mobile order on 8/30/2025 around 20:10-20:15 P.M. at your McDonald's located at 2904 Traemoor Village Drive in Hope Mills NC 1st of all they had me pull into a slot to wait for my order, 2nd when I got home and bit into my spicy chicken sandwich it was burnt & tasted like they fried it in fish grease which am allergy to so I tried calling the restaurant but the answering machine came on (what fast food restaurant has a answering machine come on) so I left a message & now am leaving you all my complaint. And they probably wont even call me back just like some months ago I had a problem with them and no one every called. Cooking food in old grease and grease that's for other products is bad for your business. Train your workers to do the right thing while they are working in your establishment.
