I had lunch at the Spring Arbor McDonalds today with my son and granddaughter, and it was terrible.
I waited a long time for my food, had to remind them that we didn't get our drinks. Went to get drinks and ice was out.
Went to get napkins and they were out too.
My son had a chicken club, and there was enough mayonaisse on it for about 6 sandwiches. They forgot about my fish sandwich and I had to remind them I was there before the other 4 or 5 people they were passing out food to.
The fries were way overdone and almost cold.
It is sad to think that lunch for 3 people was over $13.00 and was not even worth eating. We left the fries untouched. If a 2 year old won't eat the fries, that tells you something.
While I was in line people were coming in from the drive thru because there orders were wrong too.
This was between 12:15 and 12:45 pm, they are going to have to do a lot better then they did today to get me back there.
You just remodeled your restaurant but there is not very much seating available for families.
Also, people were complaining that the tables were dirty...which they were.

im complaining about the mcdonalds on strand road in county derry, the amount of salt they put on the fries is RIDICULOUS! when they also give you a little sachet of salt to put on yourself! (as if you need to put on any more!) if our fries were'nt salty enough they also have to cover the kiddies fries in their happy meals with salt...absolutely disgusting! and as far as i remember i heard that mcdonalds was meant to of stopped putting salt on their fries a long time ago

On 02/19/2010, my family and I went to a Mcdonald's on FM1960 & Aldine Westfield, where we purchased meals for each of us. We got food poison due to the hamburger meat was not fully cooked. I could not believe this! Someone really needs to look into this place, how can they serve their food without making sure its fully cooked, we paid for our meals so we can enjoy it, not lay up in bed for 2days without being able to eat!

If you want "hot" fries - do what I do and order them without SALT - then add your own. This way you
are guaranteed to get fresh ones.

Wow, that people continue to visit MacDonald's boggles my brain. We have made a commitment not to eat there for the past 13 years. Try breaking the habit and make your own great fries at home!

Oh, I pray that we all should be as perfect as this customer. They probably made the food fresh and apparently the idiot customer expected it to STAY hot until he/she reached their destination. I'm a regular there and have rarely ever had anything go wrong. Did you even call the store or did you just decide to whine online? Anytime there as ever been a problem they have always resolved the issue quickly and i usually do end up with something free for my trouble. If you dont want to wait for someone to make your food for you, then please, by all means feel free to make you're own darn lunch and take it to work with you instead of taking the lazy route if the end results make you so unhappy.

I eat way more Wendys now that Mcdonalds got rid of their Orange pop. It's probably healthier anyways. I drank Orange pop with everything I ate at Mcdonalds. I was furious when I first ordered and couldn't get my favorate drink. Now I go right past Mcdonalds to any other place, because I don't expect them to have anything better than Pepsi or coke. Pepsi is OK but Coke..YUCK

I was pee'd when i left for holidays and the nearest McDonalds is 3 1/2 hours away just to get to the window and the girl says no more orange pop...coke zero...I was choked. I went there especially for that but if my son and husband want to go elsewhere, i wont complain.

OH YA...and not to mention stopping at McDonalds in Hinton, AB and it was so gross inside with wrappers and pop cups all over the floor, muddy mess...and the bathroom had water leaking out of the door...I even told the manager on duty that she could be shut down by the heath department it was so gross...We went outside and couldnt even throw any garbage in the cans outside they were overflowing and piled on top of them...sick and discusting. Good Bye McDonalds.

I personally like Dr. Pepper, and Root beer. Apparently they don't have root beer in US Mcdonalds. Well at least in the Buffalo area.

No LOL ! it was an orange drink .. i guess you guess nevr had that, and as a kid growning up Mcdonalds always had pizza, came in a little brown box, with a personal pizza cut in 4 Thick crust mhmmm so good. Thats to bad u nevr had the chance 2 try it !

The Orange pop was the only reason i went to Mcdonalds, i personaly like burger King better food wise, but if it came down to it i would always decide Mcey-Dees on the account of the O-P being so good ! Im honestly very upset ... iv been having that orange pop since happy meal days, now i believe my Mcdonald days are over ! This is now the second time Mcdonalds has cut-out one of my favorite items ... member their personal size pizza !

McDonald's orange pop is/was the greatest, it was one of the only non-carbonated drinks you could get there other than a tiny cup of orange juice or water. It blows my mind that they decided to put another Coke on the menu To be honest there food isn't great, cheap but less than average for a fast food restaurant, the orange pop was one of the reason's I would go there. Now I think I'll be dining somewhere else for my fast food cravings.

Jeez a free car wash with your order & you're complaining about it. Why did you even try to continue with the order if you were getting hit with wave after wave of water? COMMON SENSE LADY - you should have gone to the window to begin with. Did this sprinkler really upset you THAT MUCH you had to write about it on two separate sites? I went through drive through once and my Mate asked for a Happy meal for her 6 year old daughter. The person serving was nice to begin with but then My mates daughter, being really chatty started to talk to the server person, just casual things like whats your name, are you happy. The server was quite a fat woman with greasy hair and chubby fingers. My mate's daughter said 'are you going to eat my food before me'. I couldn't stop laughing! The server started screaming abuse at me, even though it was clear it was only a joke. When we got the food, She sneezed on the bag while she was closing it and smiled evilly! I couldn't believe it! when we got back to my mate's There was about 10 chips that were not even cooked properly and the chicken nuggets were covered in grease! I think McDonalds should really start upping its social and hygeine factors.

The problem was your girlfriend, women are not like guys. Two women can meet and form an vehement dislike of each other within 20 seconds. They were having a 'who can be a bigger ###' contest.

You should meet this kind of behavior with amusement, really. Unless you really did care and were all wrapped up in it, in which case i suggest testoterone pills, and to stop watching chick flicks with her, your estrogen levels are getting dangerously high

At Macdonald's las piñas they have mccafe but noone is ever at the register many of the items on the menu are not available but no indication on menu of the same when asking for help a man in supervisor uniform waived me on to other staff then walked away no greeting apology trouble shooting skills just walked away

they should lose their license and be forced to offer their lousy, non-existant service in a different name, not as mcdonalds which they have almost nothing to do with. mcdonalds is a different company with strict standards, different products and excellent customer service. i do not know why mcdonalds does allow those clowns to use their brand with this kind of bad service.
i ordered many times from them(mcdelivery.ph) i got a conformation and they do not even deliver most of the time.
when you go to the store, they make you wait for a long time too which is totally against the corporate policy of mcdonalds.

How can you drink McFreeze without a straw?
Worst Assistant Managers telling us, "wala po kaming magagawa?" Even the Store Manager can't even talk to us and resolve the issue.

After eating our Mcdo meals, my father ordered McFreeze for my 5-yr old nephew.
After paying, he was told that there is no straw available (because it's Friday). How can you drink McFreeze without a straw?

We know that Friday is "strawless day" but there are exemptions from drinks (like Zagu beverages, 7-11 slurpees, Ministop Chillz, KFC Krushers) which could not be taken without straw. Same is true for beverages which could not be placed in paper cups.

All the Assistant Managers that time said that they could not do anything... even saying that there is no straw available. Could you call that good service?

We requested to talk to the store manager, but he/she could not face us. Why can't the store manager act and resolve this?

Why is McDonald's C. Raymundo Pasig don't inform customers "beforehand" that they're not providing straws even for McFreeze orders?

Is it right for your assistant managers to say that, "wala po kaming magagawa?"
Your team left us hanging. Sorry, but I felt that they're too heartless and unconcerned.

We left the store with a simple issue unresolved and my nephew devastated.

I ordered bff bundle through mcdonalds online delivery last night at 7pm. I received an email confirmation and a text message at 7:38pm saying that my ordered was confirmed and it will be delivered after 60mins (1 hour). I waited until 11:14pm but NO ONE CAME! I called the hotline 8-6236 but it says number is not in service! So i send a complain online then after 1hr somebody called me to say that they received my complain and explained that my order was cancelled because the branch in imus is on REST DAY!? So i asked aren't there any other branches who can deliver my order? Then he said the other branch only delivers until 10pm! So i told him that my order was placed at 7pm! Then the guy said that there are some technical issues online that's why the order came in late! So now, i am wondering, if my order came in late because of tech issues online, then why did i received an email and text message on my phone saying my order was confirmed at 7:38pm?! Mcdonalds delivery is ZERO in customer service! If i didn't complain online then that means that nobody even cared to call me and inform me that they are cancelling my order! Someone only called because i sent a complain! Wow! Can't believe a well known fast food chain has poor delivery service! Late delivery of food and worst is they are cancelling orders on their own without even informing customers and not delivering at all! If you mcdonalds will keep your poor service like this, you will totally loose all your customers! I don't know who's fault it is, is it the management who can't find solutions for this issues and can't find ways to improve service, or is it the employees who can't do their job properly? Now, mcdo, YOU TELL ME! this has happened before too (my order was cancelled without notifying me at all, and late delivery came after 3 hours) but i didn't complain before because i hate complaining! But now, this isn't acceptable anymore! You totally lost us (me, my family and friends) now and We won't be ordering or even eating mcdo food anymore! We hate mcdo! What's the use of advertising if you can't even take care of your customers? Remember that customer feedback is very important, you won't have business if you have no customers!

Im here now at mcdonalds don antonio branch. I approach one of their trainee manager coz my table had been use by previous costumer.. but unfortunately he just stare at me just like he's just seeing casper the friendly ghost. He just ignore inspite i waived at him.. but when he saw a girl in tight skirt he immediately approach her.. i do deserve that kind of treatment coz im also a costumer.. too bad he's too biased doing a good costumer relation to just selected costumer..

NOISY STAFF EVEN THE MANAGER...
BY THE WAY ARE THEY ALLOWED SPECIALLY THE MANAGER TO EAT WHILE ON DUTY? BECAUSE I SAW THIS LADY MANAGER JUST TAKING FRIES FROM THE WARMER WITH HER BARE HANDS AND EATS IT IN FRONT OF COUNTER AREA..THE WORST IS I SAW HER CAME OUT FROM THE RESTROOM AND GO STRAIGHT TO THE FRIES WARMER AND DID THE SAME THING AS IF SHES JUST EATING THE FRIES IN THE COMFORT OF HER OWN HOUSE...THATS WHAT IVE OBSERVED!

I 've always ordered orange juice with every meal I get with McDonalds. At exactly 17:51:37 08/17/2013, I ordered crispy chicken sandwich with large fries and orange juice. Andro (the order taker, Emerald Avenue Branch) said that its not allowed, I repeated my order once more..he said the same thing...I said that I would pay extra because I know that you can upgrade as long as you're willing to pay the extra money for it...and he stuck by what he said (with his supaldo face) I wanted to speak with the manager to verify it but I'm not the type of person to make a big scene (so I'm writing my frustration here). Aaaarrrgghhhh! That was the frist time I couldn't get my orange juice ever with my meal...I know I know I could've gotten it if I paod for it separately but it wasn't the way I do my orders with McDonalds...I was just disappointed because that was my routine to buy a simple meal with orange juice...was that too much to ask... Just disappointed :(

It's early but I am irritated with your Delivery hotline who does not know how to address customer's order.

The lady who take my order and was cancelled is a certain Christine Bajan (or Barhan), here under are the situation that is not handled properly:

1. I specifically indicate in my order that I am near Mc Donald's Damosa area because it was advised by the delivery guy of your outlet to do this to expedite my order. Hence, this additional note in my order but this lady rather told me that my passed 6:30AM order will be served by 8:30AM because its the delivery service schedule of Damosa.

2. I told her to disregard my request for Damosa and check for other outlet, she told me outright that there's no other outlet. This irritated me because other outlets normally delivers at my residence.

3. If there's a case like this your Online delivery service should indicate about the outlet's schedules that do not synchronize with your ads which specify that deliveries for breakfast starts at 4:00AM up to 10:00AM

I ordered the two Sussage McMuffin special for $3.00 breakfast from McDonalds yesterday and noticed two things on my receipt. The first was that the receipt said $3.90 instead of $3.00. When I asked the manager she said that was tax. The tax in PA is 6% which is .18 not .90 cents.

Then onm top of that I noticed that McDonalds charges a Take Out Tax of .28 when you don't eat in. This is an outrageous ripping off of the consumer

we are the applicants of mcdonalds, for the managerial position/ MT i'm not saying this to distroy the reputaion of the company we just want to leave comment to what we've experienced to the branch we're very disapointed to their branches specially makati they treat us like a crew, we can say WORSE. the hr said that we can chose our meal even if we're still trainee, we can eat what we want to eat, unfortunatelly it didn't happen they are the one who chose the food and give it to us and the food/chicken that they gave is like a cold water then they saying that we eat too much...ha! that is way we didn't continue our application we do want to get stock to this kind of management.. goodluck sa mga mag-aaply p.we hope it won't happen to you

Yesterday i had ordered two cajun chicken meals and a chicken family share. I was charged for the cajun chicken meals and a beef family share, however i only received two cajun burgers and the cokes with no chips and they had given me the chicken family share when i paid for beef. this s not the first time i have received this pathetic serive at mac donalds. its ridiculious ( Malibongwe Mac Donalds)

graaaaabeh! ako 2 hrs na wala pa rin! i had to disconnect from the internet para matawagan ang 8mcdo! only to be placed on hold para daw maicheck nila ang order ko online?!?!?! i spoke to 5 people sa 8mcdo and my issue never got resolved! all i wanted was to get my food delivered!
