McDonald's review: Mc spicy meal

Dear McDonald’s Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing to share my concerns regarding the quality of the McSpicy meal I’ve ordered on multiple occasions from your outlets in Pudong, Shanghai over the past three months.

I’ve tried the meal four times from different locations but each time the experience has been disappointing. The taste has been noticeably inconsistent, the chicken has often been chewy and the fries have lacked the flavor and freshness I used to enjoy.

On one occasion at the Century Mall outlet, I even had to return the burger due to its poor quality. While the manager kindly offered a replacement, unfortunately, the second burger wasn’t much better.

As a regular customer and a fan of McDonald’s, I hope you will look into this matter seriously. Consistency in quality is something we’ve come to expect from a brand like yours, and I’m hopeful this feedback helps improve the experience for all customers in the area.
