McDonald's review: Employee disrespectful and rudeness

It's about 840pm on Wednesday, August 17, 2022. I had already purchased a small drink about 45 minutes before. I purchased a small drink when I got off the bus and while I waited for my son to meet with me. Didn't want to drink too much cause I was out in the street and bathrooms are limited. Speaking of bathrooms, this location has no bathroom access. They have a tape not to trespass to the restroom. I also didn't want to drink too much because we were going out to eat at at Dhamaka Indian restaurant, across from McDonald's. But when I arrived at the restaurant I was told they were completely booked so I went back to McDonald's to wait for my son. When my son arrived he got me water using my McDonald's cup. When I asked for more water, the employee said no. So I went to the counter to purchase water but the employee was upset because she thought I was asking for more free water. I said I can't order water using the kiosk so I'm asking for a purchase of a large cup of sparkling water at the register. This small, petite young lady has more mouth than her body. She began yelling at me that I'm abusing the water. I said, no, it's called thirst. And if I were abusing water it would mean that I'm asking for water and disposing of it. She proceeded to say if you're thirsty then go to a local store and buy water. She adds the directions to the store while running her mouth.That's when she really pissed me off and I said to her this is the reason why you're working here. Smart people have real jobs. I feel if the person is not content where they work, they shouldn't be there. That is no way to treat a paying customer. And all this is being said to me while she's taking my payment for the water. Then she grabs the small cup I'd paid for which still has ice in it and attempts to trash it

Desired outcome: Needs training. Should be disciplined for her bad mouthing
