Drive through in Waterford city
The staff in this restaurant are a bad combination of incompetent and unhelpful.
I have come to expect a certain level of stupid when dealing with McDonald's staff, but today was unbelievable.
I placed my breakfast order, and the person taking it clearly heard me as she quoted the correct price, however when I got to the window to pay, they had No Idea what I ordered. It took over 5 minutes to get to the counter, not because they were busy, but because someone was having a chat with a car at the head of the queue. But the look of pure confusion on the idiot behind the window was stunning, he seemed genuinely surprised that someone in the queue for McDonald's was looking for food.
This store has a reputation for uselessness, but this was too much even for McDonald's

For almost a decade my family and I skip McDonalds because we love Heinz ketchup and your brand has always tasted horrible. About once a year I breakdown and buy a burger and fries but the ketchup you serve ruins it and I love Heinz ketchup. Bring it back and we would return, and no I wouldnt bring my own Heinz to Mc Donalds. Bring Heinz back to Every store in America and every day of the year.

There is a manager named Mrs T she is very very rude to her employees mostly to her white employees she will get up in there face and yell at them like there trash making them stop what thete doing to go do some else is work and then y'all at them for being behind on product I will not be back it this McDonald's as long as she is working there cause I would have to make a scene at let her know about her rudeness to get employees. All round product and poor service
I ordered my food to takeaway and was told I would have to pay for a bag on the quick pay. I received half a large fries in a large fries container and no straw in the bag to drink my milkshake, I received the normal bag everyone else did without handles and I paid for a handled bag. Worst of all they made me pay for a sweet chillies dip after receiving such small portions. I buy McDonald all the time and only stop at services serving McDonald's, I might just switch to off or burger king from now on.
Desired outcome: I want the rest of my fries, another milkshake as I couldn't enjoy without a straw and my 10p back for the lack of a bag
Just return the milkshake to get another one. Probably have to pay for the straw now as well.
Wrong price on sign
Date of first event: 7/15/2022. Overhead sign shows $1.00 for all soft drinks. They rang up at $1.79. Shift manager was very rude and said she did not have to honor the price. Around 11:49pm on July 16, 2022, I was in the slowest moving line to get food that I've ever been in. The manager is Lisa Stouse, and the restaurant is at 1325 Tuskawilla Rd, Winter Springs FL, 32708. Either they were understaffed, or incompetently so. When I was finally 1 car away from placing my order, that car was placing an order was sitting there for 6 or 7 minutes. A girl in the backseat was waving around a cellphone out the back window. I'm 67 and hard of hearing, so I couldn't catch everything being said, and additionally, I was on a motorcycle trike and wearing a helmet, but my guess is that either the customer, or the employee were not competent in the apps functionality. I let them know that it was just food that they eat 3 times a day so let's move it along.
The girl in the backseat flipped me the bird, so I returned the sentiment to her verbally. Well, when I finally got to the ordering station, I was threatened with police intervention! I was told to either get out of the line I'd been sitting in for forever, or this guy would call the police!
I frequent this restaurant 6 to 8 times a month, and have never been treated this way. But because of either incompetence, or understaffing at this store, ALL customers were POORLY served, and the frustration level was high for customers, and possibly this employee who threatened me. I am 67 years old, and I can tell you, I didnt appreciate it.
I left the store, and when I got back home, after going to Taco Bell instead, I called the store. TEN TIMES. And every time I got EXACTLY 4 busy signal tones and then the call disconnected itself!

I ordered at this fast food joint and the girl asked me if the order was correct on the screen. It wasn’t and I told her no the one drink I ordered wasn’t on the screen. She got extremely snotty and said I assure you it is. I told her no it’s not and proceeded to the first window and I was very upset about how I was talked to. I asked the girl at the first window if she was the snotty person she said no and I paid and went to the pickup window and asked for the manager. Me and my fiance stopped by there when we got done gambling about 1qm this morning. My shake was like water and I'm sick and having severe stomach issues from eating a mcdouble and a spicy chicken sandwich from here. I've never had issues like this from a McDonald's before. I will never eat there again. The stomach issues started about about 30 minutes after eating and we still had about an hour and a half drive to get home.

Service-Drive thru had trouble identifying 'two sandwiches for one' request.
'We do not have two for one." Oh, two sandwiches for $3. I paid and was told to "Park it" and order will be right out. After about 10 minutes and over a dozen cars got their orders, I was disturbed why my order was not due. I backed up to the pay window and asked where my order was. Cashier said she did not know. I informed cashier if she did not know then to give me my money back. Handed her the receipt. As cashier notified manager, my passenger seen a McD's employee trying to give an order to a car across the parking lot. I moved back up to the 'park it' area and the McD girl came over to me, held out the bag and said, "two chicken sandwiches?" I said, "Yes, give them to me". She said, as she withdrew the bag to her, illustrating she was not going to give me my paid order and said, "Don't be rude to me". I drove away around to door an entered store and the manager gave me my money back. Rude/condescending employee and someone without people skills.
So, it was rude to request an employee to give me my paid order? I and a dozen family and friends vow to never patronize LaFayette McDonalds again.
Their Rude employees should be fired.
