Kiosk
The signs stating for customers to use the kiosks are offensive and cause many customers to leave. I've set there and watched customers try to use the kiosk, get frustrated and leave. The owner of McDonalds Amarillo should go to a store and sit there and watch customers try to use the kiosk, get frustrated and leave. The competitors do not have kiosks and have an employee wait on you.
Desired outcome: Get rid of kiosks

The male who made my frappe was really rude to me and then I was trying to tell the female manger at the time that my frappe was really runny and she kept her back to me the whole time and said that the machine wasn't working right so I threw it away and went outside to calm down and then came back in and asked to speak with the mail manager and he helped me but I just wanted to let you know how your female manager and your employee was towards me
Sausage Egg mcmuffin.
I went through the drive up window.
I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin. I left the window and noticed how lite the bag was.
It was a sausage and cheese no egg. I went inside and got a replacement. It felt heavy enough so I took it home to my wife. It was a Mc griddle. My wife hates that maple taste so we never get them.
I wasn’t going back. That’s why I’m venting here. Normally I never have a problem with this location.

Went thru Drive Thru, after work approximate, 11:30pm, pull to speaker, they ask me to hold a sec, no problem, took him 6 mins to take my order, and the speaker guy rush through my order, and didn't get it right, very unfriendly voice. I, paid for my order, got to the pickup window, I order med. French vanilla ice coffee with extra ice, 2 double MC cheeseburgers, Med. fry, 10-piece chicken nugget. I received sm. French vanilla ice coffee, 2 MC cheeseburgers, med. fry, 6 pieces of nuggets. the speaker guy handed me my ice coffee, notice it was in a sm container, I said I order the med size, he said yup yup yup yup I said this is not a med, again yup yup yup, so I took my ice coffee and food, and went home, not only was the guy rude, unfriendly, obnoxious, he had my order wrong, the fries were soggy and tasted old, I only got 6 nuggets instead of 10, and my ice coffee was the wrong size. So where are his customer service manners, someone like this does not need to work in a fast-food place. people like that ruins it for the other joyful pleasant staff that works there.
Restroom
So last night I asked McDonald's to put some toilet paper in the bathroom they put it in one saw so today when I came to work I asked him again I said hey can you guys put toilet paper in there and why don't you ask in your bathroom the manager which is a girl who looks like a boy started to proceed with saying if I wanted the bathrooms clean I should just cleaning myself why I would clean them myself if I was working for McDonald's that store is so unprofessional with all those young kids in there who do not do their jobs the bathroom is disgusting and I'm tired of having to clean up after them when they get paid to do it they said there is no afternoon maintenance okay so the bathrooms only get cleaned once a day that's nasty and ridiculous
Desired outcome: For them to do their jobs and keep their bathrooms clean and to put the toilet paper where it goes instead of the top of the trash can that's in sanitary
Not received the refund for undelivered order
I placed a Web order on the 15th July . The payment was made and the order was confirmed. After a few minutes the Nugegoda branch called and said they are unable to delivery and that they would refund the money. I've been calling them since then for the past two weeks but still no refund and the Delivery manager Harshana still has not been able to resolve it.
Desired outcome: Expedite my refund

First and foremost, I have never filed a complaint on any business or person but this needs to be addressed.
I went through the drive thru a little after 9pm last night, and the young guy comes on on the speaker and all he said was "just order when your ready". There was no professionalism or kindness in his voice. I proceeded to order, and a loud truck passed by, and I heard him say in a low tone voice " dam I can't even hear...okay, lady, go ahead with the order". I finished my order and pulled to the window.
The first window had a guy taking payments, and I'm sorry, but I could literally smell the individual with the air blowing into my car. I felt sorry for the guy, but at the same time, it turned my stomach.
Once I got my food, I drove directly to my town house, walked in and opened my bag. The fries were not cooked fully and they were cols.
If I'm paying a business for their products and services, it would be nice to obtain the purchase with quality service and freshness of the food.
I purchased the #7 2 cheeseburger meals, an order of 6 peice nuggets and an apple pie.
The cheeseburgers ended up in my garbage. The buns were clearly not fresh and the burger itself had black specs all over, and that's something I've never encountered with burgers from McDonald's.
The nuggets were overcooked, and cold to the touch. They just tasted horrible!
The apple pie was fine. I did have to warm it up, but it was seemingly fresh with a great taste.
I understand that employers are having trouble finding good, dependable employees, but oddly it speaks volumes when you hire individuals out of desperation.
It appears that either the store has poor management, or management who is understaffed and not able to maintain and oversee that the food is in standards to serve, and customer service is at its best.
Sadly, after the experience last night, I'm not sure I'll be returning to and McDonald's for a while, and will more than likely never return to the McDonald's on Danville Rd in Decatur.

I’d rather talk on to the phone and tell a representative, but I will share.
This little town in Jonesboro la, we have a good down but it has its shares of different walks from life.. I’m considering that everyone is different, but when I see repeats of attitude problems from different hired people I start to see the pattern isn’t from one employee but from most (not all the employees are like that, there’s the more senior type McDonald’s workers and they accommodated me, there nice and there not getting paid extra for it…I wished I could help get those nice employees recognized…..
I think if u rewarded those that got good feed back I bet it would encourage the others to be more friendly…

Spoke to the manager she was on a personal using the bathroom the staff their at 6:52 mott ave Farrockaway they forgot to give me my soda with my meal and let me walk out so I returned and said so kindly can I please have my large sprite soda that came with meal showed my receipt and the manager come and I point the 2’e young ladies watching me but not helping me for my soda and they know it can become very crowded I was trying to jus leave with my son thanks

I would like to know why the McDonald’s on president ave in fallriver ma that says 24 hours refuses sales at 330 am and cannot give a reason to why a 24 hour location isn’t serving at this time. iWork third shift and it is ridiculous how rude the employees in that store are while refusing sales, they have refused multiple times and when I ask why they say I’m the wrong person to ask that . Definitely needs a management change or maybe the signs should be changed at the location online and on the highway sign .
Desired outcome: Change store hours or hire more efficient employees.

The staff in this restaurant are a bad combination of incompetent and unhelpful.
I have come to expect a certain level of stupid when dealing with McDonald's staff, but today was unbelievable.
I placed my breakfast order, and the person taking it clearly heard me as she quoted the correct price, however when I got to the window to pay, they had No Idea what I ordered. It took over 5 minutes to get to the counter, not because they were busy, but because someone was having a chat with a car at the head of the queue. But the look of pure confusion on the idiot behind the window was stunning, he seemed genuinely surprised that someone in the queue for McDonald's was looking for food.
This store has a reputation for uselessness, but this was too much even for McDonald's

About once a year I breakdown and buy a burger and fries but the ketchup you serve ruins it and I love Heinz ketchup.
