McDonald's review: drinks

It was the night of Christmas at 23:20. I was waiting in the car while my kids 14 and 11 years old went in side to get their drinks. The staff gave them the wrong order twice and because they were so shy to ask again they just came to the car with the wrong drinks. I asked them and they explained to me what happened. I went back inside to ask them if they can change the drinks, they were very mean and disrespectful. I understand it was a public holiday and very busy but the why they talked was bad. I hope that some one going to do some thing about this branch as its always been the same issue. It might bad the management fault.
