McDonald's review: wrong item, rude staff

I ordered 2 Veggie Wraps (not Indian) but I was given 2 Indian Veggie Wraps (they had the Indian sauce). When I said that my order was wrong the member of staff argued that they were right and refused to do anything about it. We ended up in a shouting match in front of all the customers. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. There are many google and Trip Advisor reviews like this. The place is shockingly bad.
