Taco John's - Poor service/ bad food/ just an absolute disaster

Placed my order online through Uber eats because I am from Illinois and i don't have a vehicle. My order total was $44.56 after the use of the app total order came out to $62. I received half the food i ordered. Items that im missing are
-bacon ranch polI $3.60 -chkn bcn gua taco $2.40 -churro $2.40 -lrg Pot Ole $1.19 upcharge because i added to make it a combo. My daughters kid meal $4.67 only thing that came was the cheese quesdilla. It was absolutely disgusting. The quesdilla was hard as a rock. We didn't receive any of our sides or drinks with our combos. Plus the food we did receive was barely editable. I called to notify them. What they offered was to put my name down for a free meal. Seriously unreal no refunds available. So i lost out on my money. Safe to say my family and I are extremely disappointed. Honestly this place shouldnt even be in business.
Desired outcome: A Full Refund $44.56 plus the tax/tips i had to pay with the uber eats app $62 total
Taco John's - Rewards
I literally spent years gathering points. Wen I heard of your new rewards program i was excited. It sounded like you would convert all of my punches...54 of them to be exact, to the new system at 100 points per punch. I open my app a collection days ago. Punches still there. I look today. It says they are all expired. This is utter crap. I love Taco Johns but I've spent a lit of money building those rewards. If I knew they were going to expire and not converting would have used them. There was such vague info on what was happening. Shame on you Taco Johns. Shame. This is not how I would expect a Company from my part of the world to react. I would have even understood if past punches were 50 points. But to simply remove them. Looks like Taco bell is now my choice.
Desired outcome: Give me back my points and let them expire in 6 months as your info had stated

Taco John's - Missing item I ordered and rude staff
I ordered a 5 piece fried chicken and other food. I got to the window and seen the receipt price and I said something to the workers. They laughed and said it just changed prices. So I told them that their sign in the drive through atill said 4.99 instead of the 6.49 they charged me. They got the manager after I told them it was not okay to laugh at a customer and tell them it just changed. I wanted it for what the sign said. The manager came over and got rude asking what I wanted. I told them I wanted the price that is advertised. She gave me the money and said have a good night really rude and smart. I get home and didn't even get the chicken I paid for. I will never go back there again with that rude staff!
Desired outcome: I want to have my food I ordered or money back.
I ran to the new taco johns on 26th and dynamite in Sioux falls sd. I ordered my super nachos with no guacamole and extra nacho cheese and it came with a load of guacamole and barely any nacho cheese. I could not run back into town when I noticed it because I take care of my mom who just got out of the hospital so it was a huge waste of my time and money and the food was crap!!!Read full review
Our order was missing half of it and tried to call several times and no answer they are open 24 hrs I didn't get to eat and neither did my guest that are staying with me for the holidays I am very disappointed because I also work in this type of restaurant and I don't see how u can miss so much at one time and your prices are high enough to where I paid for service I didn't receiveRead full review
Taco John's - Extra charges
I do not eat meat so I get beans in my tacos instead of beef/chicken. I am charged money to replace meat for beans. I have never been charged to substitute beans, anywhere, ever. I find that to be very ridiculous and won't be returning. I like your food but find that to be quite greedy.
I just tried to send the complaint and it told me it was too short and wouldn't get seen. So, I'm now trying to add more nonsense words to make this long enough to get some attention. This is silly.
Let's see if it works now.
Desired outcome: Not to be up charged for beans.
1007 West 2N St Grand Island Nebraska. Went to get food, no one was wearing gloves, touching tortillas they were putting on hot plate and preparing it. They need to use sanitation when preparing food. Someone could get sick from them not wearing gloves and who knows if they were washing their hands! I did pay for food but didn't eat it…. This was by far the worst fast food experience in my life. First: 5 of 12 items were not in the bags I was given in drive through. Taco John's - Drive thru.
Central Ave location. Billings MT. I don't usually have any trouble at Taco Johns, but the last 3 times I have been through this location they have screwed the order up. It wasn't a difficult order either. 4 breakfast burritos with bacon and sausage, 4 tater ole', 4 OJ's. They handed me 1 OJ. After pointing out the mistake she handed out the other 3 OJ's. Then she handed the bag out and I drive off, only to find we were missing all 4 orders of ole's. When we ate the burritos they were all missing the sausage which I got charged for.
Taco John's - Service
I'm super disappointed in TJs! Went in on Monday and ordered a $10 lunch that costed me $31! The cashier was having trouble with the credit card machine and kept running my card. After several phone calls with TJs the manager told me if the money was not returned by Friday to come into the store. Friday rolls around abc I was not refunded my money. I go to TJs and the door has a sign that says drive through only. I called the store 15 times before they answered and the manager said we talked about it and it's not our problem! Unfortunately it's not about the money, just keep it! Its about your super unprofessional crappy customer service!
Jasmine Riter is always incredibly rude when I go through my local taco john's. Went through taco John's line. Took extremely long to receive our food. Through window employees were standing around and gossiping. Nacho cheese was ordered, repeated back, and charged, but not placed in to go bag. Had to go back around and wait in line behind 6 cars because inner lobby is closed. The manager at the madison sd tj's awful. She has been heard saying that it's her job to work as little as possible. She has them work up to 11 hour shifts. Because she doesn't want to work. She is rude and uncaring for her employees. She is hardly ever at work. Can't keep employees. Has shown prejudice toward her employees. I believe she should be investigated. People should be treated with respect, and she has none!Read full review
My family went to the drive thru on 10th ave in great falls around 12:40 pm. My Dr. Pepper was stale or watered down so I asked for a new one or a different drink.
