I was at the store in MN 3385 Denmark Ave, Eagan MN 55121 at 6:48 am on Friday 4/19/24. Tonight, as we frequently do, we received an all plastic drink cup and boy am I upset...you should be too!
The lip on these is not friendly; I believe the cup is smaller than the paper medium but no biggie there but the price should be adjusted if it is.
Do you even care about our planet? Do you even care about the wildlife, and I mean all wildlife from the oceans to the skies?
You were mostly paper and now PLASTIC cups...
Do you realize what plastic does to the environment, to landfills? Again, do you even care...
Perhaps and I hope so..this cup was a replacement for their being out but Jackie runs an almost perfect dining facility...that would be hard to believe!
Across the ponds, England to be exact, deemed no more straws at games...the result...over a million straws not used/sold...it was amazing the improvement that it made for the trash yards and for those that seemingly cannot put anything in the garbage cans.
Plastic will not go back into the soil; it lies their garnering dirt, more plastic, other cast off articles.
In the states we have legislation in many states that prohibit part or all of plastic usage in restaurants...Wendy's is even worse for their use of same.
Desired outcome: Pull the plastic cups, straws; maybe the lids..no doubt it would save a few accidents with the fact that you cannot be sipping your drink while driving, maybe even a life.

Incorrect order

We ordered a six pack and a pound on Saturday night in the drive through. When we go to the window after we paid we noticed the guy was picking his nose and handling the food. He was not wearing gloves and did not wash his hands. We observed him grab cups by the inside of them and just reach them into the ice machine. On 9/25/23 6:15pm My husband and I ordered from taco john's in Creston, ia tonight and we were not very pleased with the results! We ordered medium drinks and got small drinks with our combos! When we received our food from door dash our potato oles was mostly hard and crumbs like they took them from the bottom of the fryer! We couldn't eat them we had to throw them away and waste our money! I wouldn't let food go out like that to anyone! I hope something will be done about this cause that is bad customer service!

I have not been to taco johns in a while. We eat at Taco bell alot. We ordered taco johns today in Loveland Colorado at 1:30 pm. i had a icky taco. Thrown together. Soggy shredded lettuce and I mean shredded. cheese not even melted one bit. My soft shell taco tasted old. Old and soggy. I could not eat it. i have a taco bowl also. I’ll breakfast burritos were made as if they were running out of eggs and didn’t want to splurge or make it normal. If you added up the egg material into burritos in probably was one egg total.. I mean it’s bad enough that the potato lays are used as fillers which we understand that is part of all your make your sandwich. I was employed for a month and a half. I gave my two weeks notice. I had a death in the family. I had an employee, asking me questions about my personal life. Safety of underage children
My daughter, age 15, was an employee at one of your locations. During one of her shifts another employee (56 yr old adult) solicited my underage daughter to sit in front of a man naked for $500. She receives $100 for recruiting. The younger they are more money she receives. I believe this woman is also a manager. So when the owner heard about this his solution was that they just can’t work together anymore. She didn’t get fired. She’s still allowed to work around children. Instead of contacting the minors mother (me) or the police, the owner tried scaring my daughter with marijuana charges. And still didn’t contact me. My daughter no longer works there, I’ve contacting the authorities, but I’ve had little to no help. This has torn my world apart. To top it all off, I know the manager. She asked for my permission to give my daughter a book with swear words but doesn’t inform me that my daughters being solicited into sex trafficking? Disturbing. Is taco John’s in on it?
